Villa Frape is located in Vrsi, only 5 km from the royal town of Nin and 20 km from the city of Zadar. This modern beauty will attract guests who are looking for a luxurious and peaceful vacation and enjoy sunbathing, swimming and relaxing together with their family or friends. Vrsi is a small tourist resort that welcomes guests from all over the world with its modern and beautiful villas and friendliness. Enjoy walks along the long pebble beaches where you can enjoy the sun, clear sea and outdoor gym. Villa Frape was built in 2022 in modern architectural style and offers guests 130 m2, while the total area of the property is 450 m2. It is 150 m away from the nearest sea and the nearest beach is called Mulo. The villa is fully air-conditioned and can accommodate a maximum of 8 people, the optimal number is 6. In the villa you will be comfortably accommodated in 3 bedrooms with double beds, which have their own bathroom with shower. There is also a living room consisting of a sofa (which serves as an extra bed for two people), a coffee table and a TV. Near the living room there is a dining room with a dining table for 8 people. In the modern kitchen you can prepare delicious meals for the whole family or a group of friends. On the outdoor terrace you will be delighted by the heated pool of 44 m2 and 1.5 m deep. Next to it there are 6 sun loungers where you can enjoy the warm rays of the sun, and you don't have to prepare your meals only in the kitchen, because there is an electric grill on the terrace. You can taste the prepared food on the outdoor dining table and there is also an outdoor kitchen that you can use. Other features of Villa Frape include underfloor heating, washing machine and iron, if needed you can use the feeding trough and baby crib, also the villa has a separate toilet. Villa Frape offers sea view from the living room, kitchen, dining room and one bedroom. The yard of the villa is fully fenced and inside there are 3 private parking spaces. Children can have fun playing soccer, there is also a trampoline, slide, badminton, table tennis and swings. You can also play water polo in the pool. The bedrooms and the entrance to the courtyard of the villa are also suitable for people with disabilities. If you are a fan of sailing or windsurfing, you will find excellent conditions for this sport in Vrsi, because in the summer months the mistral blows daily, which is ideal for this type of activity. In the center of Vrsi there is a field for indoor soccer and basketball. Adventurers can rent buggies in Vrsi or go on mountain trails under expert guidance. There is also the famous sandy beach Ri?ine, which is suitable for the whole family and especially for the little ones. A special attraction of this area is the nearby island of Ze?evo, where the church of Our Lady of Ze?evo and a smaller beach are located. Among the historical sights you can visit the nearby old Croatian royal town of Nin, and if you want to enjoy the unspoiled nature and untouched wildlife, you should definitely visit the mountain Velebit and the National Park Paklenica.
