Your stay in Villa Gabrijela Kaštelir

The luxurious villa Gabrijela Kaštelir is located in the picturesque and medival town of Kaštelir, surrounded by nature and a peaceful atmosphere, very close to the Istrian coast and beaches. The villa is a work of the famous Croatian architect Ante Vrban.

With its 400 m2 , Villa Gabrijela can accommodate 10 people in 5 bedrooms. 2 bedrooms are located on the ground floor, equipped with King size beds, TV, walk in wardrobe and 3 bedrooms on the upper floor from which you have a wonderful sea view, and you can access pool and garden with separate stairs. There are 4 walk-in bathrooms, one on the ground floor and 3 on the upper floor. On the ground floor there is a fully equipped kitchen and dining room, and a luxuriously decorated living room divided into a lounge area with corner furniture and armchairs, and a beautiful bar with a vinotheque, perfect for evening gatherings. In the garden there is a beautiful mosaic pool (11x6) surrounded by sun loungers and completely enclosed with a fence and greenery. As an extra  offer guests of the villa can enjoy a party of the table tennis  and Play Station 4.

City Kaštelir is a place well known for film festivals, music and gastronomic offer, especially for its truffles and wines. The place is surrounded with nature, olive trees and vineyards, yet only 7 kilometers distance from the coast and beautiful sandy beaches. If you are a lover of nature and autochthonous products, and love to have an active holiday, the villa Gabrijela is the right choice for you.

Although the weather was still very cold and we didn’t have much chance to use the pool but we had a really nice stay. I can’t imagine going back there on summer time. it would be definitely awesome!!! The villa is quite big with 2 floors and 5 bedrooms and has super nice and modern architecture design. Villa Gabijela, für alle die Ruhe suchen und gleichzeitig nicht nur faulenzen wollen,... aber auch das ist möglich! Besonders die 5 Schlafzimmer echt kolossal. Man fühlt sich wohl. Der große Fernseher und die Bose Anlage im Garten kommen auch gut und laden ein, viel Zeit am Pool mit der tollen Panorama zu verbringen. Tolle Aussicht auf das Meer. Die Einrichtung ist hochwertig und der Service Vor Ort großartig. Toller Urlaub, schöne Villa und gute Menschen, was will man mehr. Wir kommen wieder! Robert

Zusammen mit einigen Freunden haben wir durch die Empfehlung eines Bekannten die Villa Gabrijela für eine Woche gemietet und einen perfekten Aufenthalt in Kastelir gehabt. Leider hatten wir in den ersten Tagen schlechtes Wetter, aber durch diverse Tagesausflüge in das Hinterland Istriens konnten wir dies überbrücken. Absolut phänomenal ist der Ausblick von der riesengroßen Dachterasse. Von dort aus hat man an klaren Tagen eine Sicht auf die Küste Istriens und sieht bis Italien. Die Umgebung ist seht idyllisch und ruhig. Die Ausstattung ist sehr luxuriös und die 5 Schlafzimmer sind sehr geräumig. Die Betten sind sehr komfortabel. Die Küche ist mit den modernsten Geräten ausgestattet. Ein absolutes Highlight ist die nächtliche Beleuchtung. Die Lichter und Farben sind abgestimmt und geben einen überragenden Anblick, vor allem der beleuchtete Pool ist eine Augenweide. Der Haushälter Giovanni und seine Ehefrau waren sehr vorkommend und haben uns jeden Wunsch von den Lippen abgelesen. Jeden Morgen wurde uns ein Frühstuck nach unserem Wunsch serviert und auch der abendliche Grill war sehr lecker. Daher werden wir sicherlich nächstes Jahr wieder vorbeischauen und können die Villa Gabrijela absolut weiterempfehlen.

Best villa I have stayed ever!
I and my group of friend always wanted to travel together and this time we choose villa Gabrijela. Although the weather was still very cold and we didn’t have much chance to use the pool but we had a really nice stay. I can’t imagine going back there on summer time. it would be definitely awesome!!! The villa is quite big with 2 floors and 5 bedrooms and has super nice and modern architecture design. I love every single corner of this house and the fact that it was equipped with everything we need on daily basis. The kitchen equipment are high-end, which give us a feeling of 5 star hotel that we were living in. Upstairs there is also a BBG grill where we had a grill party and enjoyed the perfect view from sunset at the same time. Also important to mention is that the housekeeper - Giovanni- and his wife are very friendly and helpful. My guests were astonished by the villa and we had a great stay here! I would definitely recommend villa Gabrijela and will come back for my next stay in Istria :)
