Villa Golden View is located on the south side of the island. The design of the villa ensures absolute privacy and justifies the name 'Golden View', as it offers breathtaking sea views from every corner of the house. With its atrium spanning two floors and an open space design that combines large outdoor terraces and indoor areas, it gives the feeling of freedom and luxury. On the upper level of the atrium is a lounge with terrace, while on the lower level is an open, fully equipped Miele kitchen, dining room and living room, all leading directly to the fabulous 200 m2 terrace and 50 m2 infinity pool. The outdoor terrace offers ample space for relaxing, sunbathing, reading, barbecuing and al fresco dining. Other spacious terraces lead to the sea and are equipped with beautiful and comfortable garden furniture. The villa has 500 m2 of indoor living space and 300 m2 of terraces, 6 bedrooms with king size beds, all with private bathrooms, spacious terraces or balconies and panoramic sea views. One of the bedrooms can be used as a twin room and is one level closer to the sea. One bedroom also has a bathtub. Impressive is not only the architecture, but also the comfort and exclusivity provided by high-quality designer furniture. The villa is surrounded by beautiful Mediterranean gardens and offers 3 private parking spaces. Next to the main house there is a fully equipped gym that will delight fans of an active vacation. Private yoga classes can be organized upon request. Tennis courts with or without a coach are a 5-minute drive away. For active nature lovers, the entire area is surrounded by hiking and biking trails. For water enthusiasts we offer 2 Fanatic Stand Up Paddles and snorkels with the possibility to explore the neighboring islands. The nearby diving center offers diving courses. Jet ski or a boat with skipper can be booked on request. Day trips to the islands of Lastovo, Mljet, Vis and Hvar can be organized.
