Luxurious villa Golden Zen is located on the island of Bra?, in the oldest Bra? settlement Bol. The sea in front of the villa is extremely clear and clean and this place is rich in attractive beaches where you can enjoy your stay even more. Villa Golden Zen was built in 2002 and completely renovated in 2020, turning it into a real modern luxury wonder. Built in a modern architectural style, this villa offers its guests 300 m2 of living space, while the total plot area is 800 m2. What will especially delight you is the fact that the nearest sea and pebble beach is only 5 meters away from the villa. It can accommodate a maximum of 16 people and optimally 12. The villa is fully air-conditioned and you can stay in 2 beautifully furnished bedrooms and 4 bedrooms with kitchenette, all with double beds (180 x 200). As an additional bed, there is a sofa bed (90x180) in each bedroom with kitchenette. The villa consists of two residential buildings. The first one is closer to the sea and is divided into first floor and second floor. On the first floor there is a modern kitchen with closed dining area and a spacious living room with fireplace and separate toilet. On the second floor of this building there is the master bedroom with an en-suite bathroom equipped with a whirlpool bath and shower, a large closet and a balcony with beautiful sea views. There is also another bedroom with a double bed, an en-suite bathroom with shower and a balcony. The second residential building of this unique villa is also divided into two floors, the first floor and the second floor. On each floor there are two apartments, each of which has a large double bed, a bathroom, a kitchenette and a dressing room. Both buildings are connected by a common courtyard, in the middle of which there is a heated pool of 24 m2 and a depth of 1.45 m. There is a large terrace with a large wooden table overlooking the sea. This is a real little paradise on hot summer days, as there is shade and an outdoor barbecue on charcoal or wood, where the brilliant foodies can prepare delicious meals for the whole family or friends. Other facilities include a washing machine and an iron. By prior arrangement and upon request, it is possible to use a feeding trough and a baby crib. By prior arrangement and on request only, it is possible to arrange a mooring for a boat. Bol is a place of exceptional maritime comfort. Its coastline with many corners of peace and comfort gives a feeling of great space, created for meditative relaxation and active recreation.
