The beautiful and modern Villa Grancarić is located in the city of Zadar, known for its historical and cultural heritage, a rich tourist program, and the unique sunset. The villa is located in a tourist-friendly part of the town called Diklo, which is a few kilometres away from the centuries-old town, and the beautiful pebble beaches are just 1 kilometre away, perfect for families with children, with numerous recreational amenities and sport activities both on land and on water. This luxurious villa with a living space of 453 m2 provides accommodation for a total of 10 guests. The villa consists of 5 spacious and luxurious bedrooms equipped with a walk-in wardrobe, smart TV and sound system speakers, 4 separate toilets and 5 ensuite bathrooms, two of which are equipped with a bathtub and 3 with shower cabins. The kitchen is fully equipped and connected to the dining area as well as to the lovely tavern which can accommodate up to 10 people. The modern living room is equipped with Hi Fi system and Smart TV, where you can enjoy your time spent with friends or family after an active day. The villa also provides a work room with a peaceful atmosphere if you travel and work at the same time. The special offer the villa includes a superbly equipped gym as well as a sauna and jacuzzi if you are need of relaxation. There is also a possibility of renting a speed boat Zar 75, which has a capacity for 10 people, including a skipper - our guests receive a special price. The yard of the villa Grancarić features a beautiful swimming pool (48 m2) equipped with heating and cooling nozzles, surrounded by sun loungers. The entire property is enclosed by a wall, ensuring complete privacy. Situated in the heart of the Adriatic, Zadar combines the beauty of history and modern lifestyle. As one of the most famous centres of urban tourism in Dalmatia, the city offers numerous cultural sights, autochthonous specialties, a rich tourist program which includes numerous summer events, making it a perfect place for those who love active holidays, fun and exploring historical sights. Auch nach Anfrage dazu wurde das Problem nicht behoben. Schade. Außerdem war das Bad unten unter Wasser gestanden. Vermutlich ein Leck im Whirlpool. Aufgrund dieser Mängel erbitte ich eine Rückzahlung eines Teilbetrages. Ansonsten waren wir aber sehr zufrieden!

Van het brengen van ijsblokjes en koffiecups tot het verzorgen van de verse vis voor de barbecue. Ook hebben wij nog een boottocht gemaakt met hem langs de vele eilandjes voor de kust. Dit is zeker een aanrader. Wij huren ieder jaar met ons samengestelde gezin een villa op een andere plek. Het zal een hele klus worden om de volgende vakantie......

What a fantastic and atmospheric villa. Equipped with every possible luxury. The owner and also host is great. Nothing was too much trouble for him. From bringing ice cubes and coffee cups to taking care of the fresh fish for the barbeque. We also made a boat trip with him along the many islands off the coast. This is definitely recommended. Every year we rent a villa with our composite family in a different place. It will be quite a job to be able to find a similar villa the next holiday.

Alles Perfekt!
Die Villa war wirklich in einem sehr guten Zustand und der Ausblick auf das Meer war genial! Alles war wie auf den Fotos abgebildet. Wir waren eine junge Truppe von 9 Leuten und in der Villa wie auch in Zadar selber war für jeden immer etwas dabei. Die Umgebung ist auch sehr ruhig und alles innerhalb von 10min erreichbar. Auch der Service vor Ort war sehr zuverlässig, falls was war oder wir Informationen brauchten! -Nächstes Jahr gerne wieder!-

Together with friends, we’ve rented the Grancaric Villa for two weeks. We were greeted by the friendly owner Jakov who was very helpful and attentive during our stay. Great host. Villa itself is very modern and extremely spacious. It is equipped with all the necessary appliances which helps to few like at home. The pool Is fantastic and regulated water temperature came in very handy. The summer kitchen is a fantastic feature. We’ve used it every day. View from the villa is beautiful and helps to relax. The garage fits two cars which is great value - no hot car to get into. Plodine is only 5 min away and Restaurant in Diklo harbour only 15 min waking distance. Overall we had fantastic time. I would recommend Villa Grancaric to the people who look for quality and luxurious holidays.

Die Villa GRANCARIĆ ist eine wirklich schöne und moderne Villa mit ausreichend Platz für 10 Personen. Besonders gut fanden wir auch die Feuerstelle, die auch zum Grillen verwendet werden konnte, was im Urlaub natürlich ein Muss ist. Zum Meer ist es auch nicht weit (ca. 5-10 Minuten zu Fuß), wo auch ein nettes Restaurant ist. Wenn man mal in Richtung Zadar Innenstadt Essen/Feiern gehen möchte und mit dem Flugzeug angereist ist, bietet sich Uber wunderbar dafür an, aber auch die Taxis sind schnell da. Insgesamt hatten wir einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt, kann man nur weiterempfehlen

Eine wunderschöne und durchgestylte Villa mit sehr guter Ausstattung und wirklich viel Platz. Alle Zimmer sind gleichwertig eingerichtet. Sehr angenehmer Lounge Bereich Draußen, wo man am Abend gerne Zeit verbringt. Alles top gepflegt. Pool und Jacuzzi mit einer schönen Aussicht bis in die Bucht. Insgesamt haben wir zwei Bootsausflüge mit Jakov gemacht, die einfach super waren. Auch seine Empfehlungen für die Restaurants während dieser Ausflüge waren top. Die Villa ist im Stadtteil Diklo gelegen. Großes Lebensmittelgeschäft ca. 5 Minuten mit dem Auto erreichbar. Becker und ein kleines Geschäft in 5 Minuten zu Fuß. Ins Zentrum von Zadar braucht man ca. 15 Minuten. Bei dieser Anlage herrscht hohe Wiederholungsgefahr.

Einfach fantastisch
Wir (vier Erwachsene und vier Kinder) haben eine wunderschöne Zeit in der Villa geniessen können. Alles war sehr sauber und gepflegt. Jakov und seine Mutter haben sich rührend um uns gekümmert. Absolut empfehlenswert ist der Speedbootausflug mit Jakov. Es war ein unvergessliches Erlebnis. Vielen lieben Dank für die tolle Zeit. Grüsse aus der Schweiz
