Your stay in Villa Grandiosa

Modern Villa Grandiosa is located on the island of Kor?ula in Blato and belongs to Dubrovnik-Neretva County. Blato is a Mediterranean town and one of the oldest settlements not far from the karst area of the same name. The municipality of Blato has access to both sides of the island of Kor?ula and is known for its Mediterranean climate with warm summers and humid winters. Villa Grandiosa, built in 2021 in contemporary style, has 166 m2 of living space and offers accommodation for six people. The villa consists of a first floor and an upper floor. On the first floor there is a spacious kitchen equipped with everything you need to prepare your favorite dishes and delicious meals. Next to it is a dining room with a dining table that seats six and from which you can enjoy a beautiful view of the sparkling Adriatic Sea. The living room consists of a TV, a corner sofa and a coffee table. From there you can also relax and enjoy the blue of the sea. On the first floor there is a separate room with a jacuzzi. The outdoor terrace with a 24 m² pool will give you much needed rest and relaxation on hot summer days and nights, and you can refresh yourself there anytime. Villa Grandiosa is completely fenced and only a few meters from the sea, which guarantees you absolute privacy during your vacation! On the outdoor terrace there is also an outdoor wooden barbecue, a covered outdoor dining table, a lounge area with six sun loungers, a parasol and a small corner sofa where you can read and sunbathe. Upstairs there are three bedrooms with TV, double beds and private bathroom with shower. Each of these rooms has a balcony with seating, ideal for a morning coffee. Other useful and helpful facilities include a washing machine, dryer and iron, as well as another separate toilet. If you are traveling with children, a baby crib and high chair are also available. Villa Grandiosa offers four private parking spaces and if you arrive with your boat, there is also a mooring (buoy for boats up to 10 meters). Guests also have two soup boards at their disposal, which are included in the price. Attractions and fun local activities include wine tours, bike rentals and fishing. You can also enjoy massages by prior arrangement. What distinguishes Blato is the production of agricultural products such as wine, oil and figs, and throughout history cereals have also been grown for home consumption. Be sure to participate in the cultural event 'Blato Summer' from July 15 to August 15, which has been held every year since 1992. Villa Grandiosa offers you the dream vacation you have been dreaming of, treat yourself to a luxurious pool or ? Enjoy the romantic Jacuzzi and taste delicious local and traditional dishes in nearby taverns or restaurants. Everyone will find something for themselves, that's for sure!
