It is an ideal choice for those who want to explore the unspoiled nature of Istria, as the villa is located in the middle of beautiful greenery, surrounded by lush trees and vineyards. The villa is located only six kilometers from Pore? and is rich in historical and cultural heritage, numerous restaurants and bars, and crystal clear beaches. Villa Hacienda is the perfect choice for those who want to explore the beautiful Istrian towns and still enjoy a week of privacy and absolute tranquility. This rustic villa consists of 450m2 and is situated on a plot of 8000m2. The villa maintains a traditional architectural style that combines the desire for maximum relaxation and attention to detail. Villa Hacienda is built of Istrian stone, which allows guests to enjoy the rich Istrian history. It consists of five bedrooms, equipped with double beds. The bedrooms are beautifully furnished, spacious and sunlit. There are also five bathrooms. On the first floor you will find a fully equipped kitchen that opens to a luxurious dining area and a living room. The living room is equipped with a fireplace and will make you feel right at home. Outside the villa there is a beautiful swimming pool surrounded by sun loungers. There is also a barbecue area and an outdoor dining area, ideal for preparing fresh meals with your family and friends. If you want to enjoy a week of absolute privacy and still be close to bigger cities and beautiful beaches, Villa Hacienda is the perfect choice for you! Please note that this accommodation does not accept youth groups or bachelor parties. A youth group in this accommodation consists of people under the age of 30. Die Villa ist ideal und sehr ruhig gelegen, am Pool haben wir viele Stunden verbracht. Herrlich zum Entspannen und genießen. Zum Meer und zum Einkaufen sind es nur wenige Minuten mit dem Auto, in der direkten Umgebung kann man herrlich Joggen, Spazierengehen und Radfahren. Yvona war total hilfsbereit und sehr sympathisch. Eine absolute Weiterempfehlung, ich denke, wir kommen auc......
