Villa Iva is located in the small Istrian village of Filipini. The villa's location offers absolute privacy and an opportunity to escape the bustle of everyday life. It is an ideal choice for all those wishing to explore the unspoilt Istrian nature since the villa is immersed in beautiful greenery, surrounded by lush trees and vineyards. The villa is located only 11 kilometres from Poreč, rich with historical and cultural heritage, numerous restaurants and bars and crystal-clear beaches. Villa Iva is the perfect choice for all those who wish to explore the beautiful Istrian cities and still enjoy a week of privacy and absolute calmness. This rustic villa consists of 118m2 and is located on an 800m2 plot. The villa nurtures a traditional architectural style which unites the desire for utmost relaxation and a devotion to details. The villa consists of 2 bedrooms. The bedrooms are beautifully decorated, spacious and sunlit. There are also 2 bathrooms. On the ground floor you will find a fully equipped kitchen, opening up to a luxurious dining area and a living room. The living room is equipped with a fireplace, and it will make you feel at home. Outside the villa, there is a beautiful heated swimming pool with salty water, surrounded by sun loungers. There is also a barbecue area and an outdoor eating area, perfect for preparing fresh meals with your family and friends. If you wish to enjoy a week of absolute privacy, but still be in the vicinity of bigger towns and beautiful beaches, Villa Iva is the perfect choice for you! This property may allow pets at the owner's discretion, or for a fee. Please note this property does not accept youth groups or stag/hen parties. A youth group at this property is one comprised of individuals aged 30 or under. Do not book this property if you are a youth group or a stag/hen party, as your booking will be rejected post-booking, which may include on arrival at the property or during your stay and you will not be refunded.

We stayed 4 nights in Villa Iva in Filipi in May. It was a fantastic stay. The villa is very quiet with a beautiful view of the vinyards. A heated pool and a fire place a great terrasse and very stylish interior made our stay fantastic. We enjoyed it very much! Thank you for everything!

Sehr gute Winzer in der Gegend. Das Haus war sauber und nett eingerichtet und die Reservierung, Übergabe und Betreuung vor Ort hat gut funktioniert- sehr freundlicher Kontakt. Plenty of crockery and glasses including plastic ones for by the pool and very effective air conditioning. Negatives- uncomfortable pillows and cheap bedding, no shower gel or detergent for the washing machine, and too few toilet rolls!

Wir waren 10 Tage in der Villa Iva in Filipi. Die Lage des Hauses ist schön, ruhig und einsam. Der Pool ist beheizt und hat eine schöne Größe. Das Haus ist komplett eingezäunt und hat einen großzügigen Garten. Die Ausstattung ist in Ordnung. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind in 6 Kilometer vorhanden. Leider fehlten Kleiderschränke. Es standen für uns (4 Personen) nur 8 Schubladen zur Verfügung sowie eine defekte Kleiderstange. Auch die Sauberkeit würde ich nur mit 3 Punkten bewerten. Das Meer ist nicht wie angegeben 6 Kilometer entfernt, sondern mindestens 18 Kilometer. Die Übergabe hat problemlos funktioniert und auch die Betreuung war gut.

Nice stay with stunning views
The Villa is on excelent secluded location, however close to the villafe (10-15 minute walk to some of the restaurants). The pool and poolarea was very nice. The house was nicely decorated, however some of the appliances would deserv renewal, but nothing which would disturb your holiday. We enjoyed our stay much, even with our two dogs, which like to chill in the fully fenced garden :)
