Sehr gastfreundlich und das Haus ist wunderschön und hat eine top Lage. Der Strand ist gleich in der Nähe ebenso die Stadt Split ist gut mit dem Auto erreichbar. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und uns richtig erholen können. Für Familien optimal! Buchen wir bestimmt wieder mal 😊

Fantastic Villa

We were six adults and four children (age 2,4,4 and 6 years old). The villa was perfect for a large family with facilities for everyone. Lot's of space in the garden with playground for children, minigolf, basket, table tennis, etc. A nice warmed up pool which everone loved. The house interior was of very high quality as well the outside facilities with lot's of space for outside dining, with barbeque etc. We would also like to mention the very warm welcome we had from our landlord Marion and his team.

Even Better Than expected!

Out stay in Villa Iva was amazing. The Villa is in every Detail, inside and Outside, really stunning. Comfortable bedrooms, very Clean, nice view over the sea and so Many activities in the Outside Area. Also the owner was very very friendly and helpful. Everyone in our Group was 100% Happy.

Spectacular rental and location

This place is spectacular and we just had the most amazing week. The property had everything… the list is endless from pool, games room, gym, table tennis, basketball, volleyball - the list is endless …and beds extremely comfortable! On top of that we were looked after with style. Our hosts/owners Marin was extremely helpful and very welcoming. Lots of special touches from figs from the fig tree in the garden to a lovely welcome. As for the location - perfect - it was close enough to everything as well as being far enough to just relax! Finally… we thoroughly recommend this property - go and visit and you will not regret it.

The house is just perfect,even better than in photos. Everybody will find something for themselves. There is a swimming pool (quite big,we were able to swim,play in it), a spacious barbecue place, basketball court, volleyball place and even table tennis,not to mention sauna , small gym and of course billard and bar place. We made use of all of it and we weren't disappointed at all. Adults weren't bored as well as children and teenagers. If you love see -no problem-it was just 5-minute car distance. Just perfect stay. And the host was incredible-a very welcome person and very helpful. I truly recommend this villa to everybody!!!

The villa is exactly how it looks in the pictures and in some cases even better in person. The facilities were incredible with everything you could possibly need already in the villa. What a great house! It has everything you need, you don’t really have to leave the house. We had a superb stay and I have nothing but good words to say about it. And just the fact that you can lay in the pool and watch out over the ocean, lovely! The owner is so nice and helpful, we felt very welcome! You can walk down to beach, prob 15-20min walk. And it’s not far to Split or Trogir. Good for a big family or group.

A true family paradise!

The house and amenities are amazing! We had two families with 9 people total. The kids were in heaven with the pool, sport courts, billiards, and entertainment center. The adults could enjoy time being kids with the kids and then sneak off to the gazebo and cook a wonderful meal. The owners greeted us with wine, local food, homemade sherry and figs picked from the trees outside. On the last night they made us a local dish which was one of the best Peka dishes we had our entire trip in Croatia. The location was perfect, just 20 minutes from Split and very close to Trogir which is a hidden gem. Finally the process with Croatia Luxury Rent was flawless. They were prompt, accurate, and answered all of our questions. We will definitely use them again!

The owner was waiting for us with cold appetizers, fruits, cakes , furthermore the fridge was full of all the items that needed .He is a really kind person, preparing for us a traditional croatian dish, peka, one evening.I hope to go back once.

Einfach einmalig und wundervoll

Wir sind eine kleine Reisegruppe bestehend aus Familie und Freunden, die schon mehrere Jahre schöne Urlaube in Kroatien verlebt. Dieses Jahr haben wir uns in der Villa Iva eingebucht, die alles bisher übertroffen hat. Ein wunderschönes Haus, mit einer absolut herrlichen aussicht. Es fehlt einem an nichts. Es ist wirklich bis ins Detail ausgestattet, liebevoll dekoriert und mit Herz gepflegt. Nicht zu vergessen, der Hausbesitzer und seine Familie, die sich sehr warmherzig um einen kümmern. Die kleinste Frage wird sofort zuvorkommend beantwortet und jeder Wunsch, wenn man überhaupt einen offenen hat, erfüllt. Da wir in mitten der Corona-Zeit dort verweilten, auch sehr vorsichtig damit umgingen, haben wir unsere 2 Wochen ohne Außenwelt in der Villa keinen Falls als langweilig empfunden. Eher im gegenteil, vom Kinderspielplatz über den neu fertiggestellten Basketball platz mit Volleyballfeld blieb wirklich kein Wunsch offen. Alleine am Ausblick kann man sich kaum satt sehen. Vielen Dank nocheinmal an die Besitzer, es war eine wunderbare Zeit.

Wir sind eine Urlaubsgruppe aus Familie und Freunden, die schon mehrere Jahre schöne Urlaube in Kroatien verlebt haben. Dieses Jahr buchten wir uns für 14 Tage in der Villa Iva ein. Wir hatten lange überlegt wie wir diese Bewertung zu Papier bringen können. Das Fazit: Mit Worten kann man es kaum beschreiben - Es war bisher der wundervollste Urlaub den wir erlebt hatten. Allem voran, der Hausbesitzer mit seiner Familie, der uns wirklich ein tolles Gefühl von Zuhause gegeben hat,er war rundum für uns da. Eine wirklich herzliche Familie. Das Haus, die Aussicht und die Ruhe machen es zu einem totalen Traumurlaub. Alles ist in einem sehr gepflegten, sauberen Zustand und es fehlt einem einfach an nichts. Da wir Urlaub mitten im Corona-Jahr gemacht haben, verbrachten wir die ganze Zeit in der Anlage. Am Ausblick konnte man sich kaum satt sehen, aber auch wurde einem mit dem Angebot von Sport und Entspannung keines Weges langweilig. Wir haben es sehr genossen. Bisher haben wir immer verschiedene Häuser besucht um alle Ecken in Kroatien irgendwann kennengelernt zu haben. Die Villa Iva ist definitiv ein Haus, das wir wieder buchen werden, da es einfach ein PERFEKTES Fleckchen Erde ist. Ein riesen Danke nochmals an den Besitzer, für die große Mühe und für die tolle Zeit die wir verbringen durften.

Amazing villa , very high quality !

This is an amazing villa , very high quality, designed to perfection inside and out.Every little detail thought of .Fantasic sea views, beautiful lush green gardens , infinity pool and lots of fun activities in the surrounding area. There are so many special areas to sit in the villa , you will not be disappointed, its truely amazing and relaxing. Easy to arrange trips out and bus 37 to Trogir and Spilt are frequent( although a 25min walk down to the bus stop from.the villa) a car makes getting around easier.Beaches are an easy short drive and had parking in surrounding roads.The lovely hosts we met on arrival and departure have spent time to make sure you have a perfect stay in every way.We also met extended family who welcomed us with lunch. There is nothing negative I can say, our holiday at the villa Iva was the best we have had.Highly recommend so many things to praise and are so jealous of others to go in the future! Thank you so much.”

Unfortunately, time goes by too fast. We (= 7 adults, 2 kids 2 and 3 years) just returned from our incredible wonderful time in the villa IVA Kastel Luksic. It´s hard to say where to start: we got a heart welcome from the owner and his family – they prepared a fine snack, wine and water! Then they gave us a perfect overview of the villa and its surrounding. Find all facilities on the homepage! The villa is very modern and luxuriously equipped. Especially for families with small kids the access to the pool is optimal as easy lockable. We spent our best time down at the BBQ area - the kids loved the trampoline, slide and swing! Many thanks again for the invitation to a typical delicious Croatian meal. We really enjoyed our stay! If there´s anything at all to criticize – the Wireless Internet has broken down some times – maybe due to the heavy use of our “digital natives” ;)

A wonderful stay!

We have just finished our stay at the beautiful villa Iva in kastel stafflic and what a lovely, well designed villa! As soon as we arrived we were greeted by the owner and his welcoming family and they gave us a tour of the property. It had newly had an outdoor kitchen/bbq area completed which was an added bonus for our holiday. The villa itself is beautiful with 5 bedrooms all with en-suite. One bedroom has another bedroom off it so perfect for a couple with children. All the beds were so comfy with great bedding and we all had great nights sleep. The decor of all the rooms was very modern and of a high spec and lovely and clean. It had a great view across from split to Trogir! The only negative I would say is there wasn’t enough sunloungers and when everyone was out by the pool it was tight around the pool area for space. We all had a great time here and would recommend it to anyone who was staying in this area! Thank you to the lovely owner and his family who made us feel so welcomed and how friendly they were to my son!
