In the Croatian south, a short distance from Split, lies the elegant newly built Villa Ivandvor in the town of Sinj. The Cetina region will surely seduce you with its rich culture and centuries-old tradition. The unique combination of stone, fields and water in this area will surely leave you breathless. The harmonious blend of luxurious interior and rocky exterior design with a stunning pool is the perfect blend that this landscape has to offer. In 100 m2 of elegant and modern space, Villa Ivandvor upstairs has 3 air-conditioned bedrooms, each with a double bed. There are also two extra beds for one person where you can enjoy solitude (6 + 2). The romantic style of decorating the rooms will surely provide you with an easy and pleasant journey into the world of dreams. Dreams do not stop there because the view through the window will get lost in the beautiful greenery that surrounds the villa. All rooms in the villa are connected by stairs and provide quick and easy access to the beautiful garden and pool. The villa has 2 bathrooms that contain everything necessary for everyday life: washing machine and dryer 2 in 1, iron and ironing board and makeup table and a spacious shower. Also, the kitchen on the ground floor has all the necessary appliances for carefree cooking and a wood-burning fireplace that provides a warm homely atmosphere while enjoying various delicacies. In the aperitiv bar you can relax with a glass of homemade Dalmatian wine. You can choose between two dining rooms that allow a beautiful view at any time. You can also experience a rhapsody of taste in the outer part of the villa where there is a rustically built wooden table on a stone terrace with a covered gazebo that allows you to enjoy regardless of the weather conditions. There is also a stone walled stove that provides a traditional Dalmatian atmosphere. A good atmosphere is guaranteed by a luxurious pool with salt water, waterfall, turbulence and coloured lights. In addition, you can enjoy semi-chairs with a table and parasols that offer a view of the entire property. The villa is completely fenced with a decorative stone wall with panel panels that gives you privacy. Fun is guaranteed by table tennis, and a swing and slide for the youngest. In the vicinity of 2.5 km you can enjoy the canyon of natural beauty and waterfalls of the Cetina, horseback riding, hiking and paragliding. Nearby is the restaurant Vila Rustika where you can enjoy Dalmatian specialties, or you can indulge in a culinary experience by procuring local ingredients at the market which are 1 km away from the villa. Only an hour from Sinj is the city of Split, which offers relaxation on rocky and sandy beaches and swimming in the beautiful Adriatic Sea. This property may allow pets at the owner's discretion, or for a fee.

Sehr, sehr schönes Haus
Es ist ein sehr, sehr schönes Haus. Sehr modern und ausgezeichnet ausgestattet. In der Küche sind alle Arten von Küchengeräten vorhanden. In jedem Zimmer findet sich ein großer TV mit Sendern aus aller Welt. Die Bäder sind sehr modern und hochwertig ausgestattet. Tolle Ganzkörperduschen mit gutem Wasserdruck. Der Garten ist groß und gepflegt. Der Pool ist ein Traum. Leicht gesalzen aber so dass man es nicht merkt. Ohne Chlor. 3 x am Tag startet automatisch der Sprudel und der Wasserfall. Tolle Sonnenliegen und genügend Schirme sind vorhanden. Der Grillplatz ist riesig. Ein Getränkekühlschrank neben dem Grillplatz ist auch vorhanden. Waschbecken mit Warm- und Kaltwasser im Außenbereich. Sehr schöne Beleuchtung Nachts. Für ältere Menschen oder Kleinkinder sind die verschiedenen Ebenen im Garten etwas schwieriger. Die Umgebung ist sehr ruhig. Direkt in den Bergen. Leider ist im Sommer ab 18.30 die Sonne hinter dem Berg und für das Haus verschwunden. Das Haus liegt am Ende einer kleinen holprigen Straße in einem Dorf mit 8 Häusern. Zur Erholung wirklich perfekt. Für Party ist es zu weit von Split entfernt. Ein Minus müssen wir leider für die Innentreppe geben. Diese ist sehr, sehr steil und eng. Ebenso ein Minus für das dunkle Esszimmer inkl. Küche. Da gibt es aber auch keine Möglichkeit ein Fenster einzubauen da es unter der Erde ist. Die Gastgeberin ist das Allerbeste am Haus. Ana ist zuvorkommend, hilfsbereit, lieb und eine ganz, ganz tolle Gastgeberin die einem hilft wo sie kann und auch wo sie nicht kann ☺️.
