Villa Javorika is located only 3 km from the medieval town of Labin, which is located in Istria. This villa is a real paradise on earth, it offers you a magnificent view of untouched nature and greenery, and will surely provide you with a peaceful vacation in complete privacy, which you have been dreaming of for a long time!

The villa was built in 2023 in a contemporary and modern style of construction. Guests have 170 m2 of living space at their disposal, while the total area of the property is 1340 m2. The villa is only 8 km away from the sea, so at the same time you will be close to the clean and clear Adriatic Sea, and on the other hand, away from the hustle and bustle of the city. It is fully air-conditioned and can accommodate a maximum of 4 people.

You can use the modern equipped kitchen, ideal for preparing delicious meals for family or friends. There is also a dining room with a dining table that seats 4, and a living room with a comfortable corner sofa, coffee table and TV.

Guests will be accommodated on the ground floor in two bedrooms with double beds (180x200). Both rooms have their own en suite bathrooms with showers.

On the outdoor terrace, you will be able to comfortably refresh yourself in the 38 m2, 1.5 m deep swimming pool, while next to it you will be able to sunbathe on 4 deckchairs. On the terrace there is also an outdoor seating area for drinking morning coffee, an outdoor dining table, and an outdoor charcoal grill.

Additional content of Villa Javorika consists of a washing machine and an iron, and children can use a feeder and a cot.

The courtyard of the villa offers 2 private parking spaces.
