The beautiful villa Judita is situated in the place of Tar, only 7 km away from the city of Poreč, which rightly bears the title of the most visited summer destination in Istria and Croatia. Villa Judita with its 5 beautifully decorated bedrooms is ideal for a maximum of 10 people. All bedrooms are air conditioned and equipped with modern bathrooms. The stunning living room spreads over most of the ground floor where you may enjoy the magnificent view of a beautiful green garden. There is also a beautiful terrace with a magnificent pool of 40 m2 upfront. The kitchen is equipped to meet the needs of a professional cook, so it will surely delight gourmets who enjoy cooking. In addition, there is a barbecue located near the beautiful pool. For all lovers of entertainment- feel free to choose between table tennis, bicycle, billiard, and a proper gym. Six parking spaces are always at disposal. Villa Judita is also completely adapted for use by people with disabilities.

Abends kann man in Tar zu Fuß einige Restaurants innerhalb weniger Minuten erreichen. Besonders zu empfehlen die „ Gostiona DinoEna“. Einziger kleiner Minuspunkt ist der Grill. Wir waren nur mit 6 Personen, da wurde es schon knapp. Für 10 Personen definitiv zu klein um gemeinsam essen zu können. Schade......

Abends kann man in Tar zu Fuß einige Restaurants innerhalb weniger Minuten erreichen. Besonders zu empfehlen die „ Gostiona DinoEna“. Einziger kleiner Minuspunkt ist der Grill. Wir waren nur mit 6 Personen, da wurde es schon knapp. Für 10 Personen definitiv zu klein um gemeinsam essen zu können. Schade auch das es ein Elektrogrill ist, wir hatten auf einen offenen Holz/Kohlegrill gehofft Wir hatten einen tollen Urlaub und würden sofort wieder buchen..

Haus spitze, Vermieter mit Vorsicht
Wunderschönes Haus, sehr gemütlich und groß. Im EG befinden sich 2 Schlafzimmer und die anderen 3 befinden sich im OG. Jedes Schlafzimmer , das sehr geräumig ist, hat ein Badezimmer. Ein Schlafzimmer im EG hat sogar eine behinderten gerechte Dusche . Küche, Wohnzimmer, Spielarena top und Außenanlage wunderschön angelegt und groß. Da kann man sich austoben und relaxen. Der Grillplatz neben dem Pool war auch schön, nur waren die Holzstühle nicht mehr ganz so stabil, sodass leider welche kaputt gingen. Der Vermieter war bei Check out frech und unverschämt. Hat uns dann nur noch 1/3 der Kaution zurückgegeben. Finde es sehr schade das man bei verschleißten Teilen auch dafür aufkommen muss. Vermieter hat mit sich nicht reden lassen. Sehr unangenehm. Wir wollten ihm dies mitteilen und zeigen das die Stühle schon vorher nicht mehr so in Ordnung waren, hat ihn nicht interessiert und er meinte bloß, bei dem es kaputt geht , haftet. So kann man sich auch was dazu verdienen. Abzocke!!! Also Achtung bei Buchung. Am besten alles mit dem Vermieter am Anfang alles kontrollieren und durchgehen, damit man später bei Hausabnahme die Kaution wieder bekommt. Trotzdem ist es ein tolles Haus und der Urlaub war wunderschön. Empfohlen für: Familien mit Kindern
