Your stay in Villa Julian

Fantastic and modern vacation home with pool and large roof terrace. On the island of Ciovo, not far from the coast, this stylish and inviting vacation home will entice you to spend your vacation. The beautiful rooms leave nothing to be desired and offer you bright rooms with fine materials and orientation towards the sea. On two floors, you can feel at home and wake up with a sea view in the morning or enjoy convivial hours in the open-plan living room. Cook together or barbecue on the spacious roof terrace, which can become a special place to relax, as you can also do your yoga exercises here in the morning or enjoy the sunsets in the evening. On the lower floor, the pool is waiting for you to refresh yourself or lie down on the sun loungers integrated into the pool. You can also throw your bath towel over your shoulder and walk the few meters to the pebble beach and dive into the crystal-clear sea and explore the coast while snorkelling. The island of Ciovo is connected to Trogir and the mainland by a bridge. Visit the historic old town of Trogir, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, which will enchant you with its numerous sights and cultural monuments. Enjoy the excellent gastronomic offer of this region and spend a day in the historic city of Split.

One of the best stays we have ever had. The villa is exactly what you see in the pictures. The whole villa is tastefully done. The emphasis is outdoor fun and the whole setup(barbecue on the terrace, swimming pool and all utensils and accessories) is to allow for a fun outdoor living. The view is stunning. The beach is just a few minutes walk and is very private and quiet. We highly recommend Villa Julian. In fact if we visit this region in Croatia again, this will be out choice of villa......

Luxury villa wtih stunning views.
One of the best stays we have ever had. The villa is exactly what you see in the pictures. The whole villa is tastefully done. The emphasis is outdoor fun and the whole setup(barbecue on the terrace, swimming pool and all utensils and accessories) is to allow for a fun outdoor living. The view is stunning. The beach is just a few minutes walk and is very private and quiet. We highly recommend Villa Julian. In fact if we visit this region in Croatia again, this will be out choice of villa. Two things to remember though... If you have younger children(under 3 or 4), please be aware that the pool is open and children can wade right into the pool or quietly walk out into the street. Some aspects of the villa were a not entirely child friendly(not that we expected it to be). We kept main door and the living area balcony door closed at all times. So problem solved. The road to the villa is good, but winding and hilly. Just be aware that Zedanska Ulica is a very steep road. if you're bringing people carrier sized vehicles, you should be a confident driver.
