The luxury villa Julian is located on the island of Čiovo in the town of Okrug Gornji, and stands out from other villas because it faces directly towards the sparkling Adriatic Sea. In addition to the view of the sea, it is ready to open its doors to all guests who are looking for a nice vacation to spend with family and friends.
Villa Julian is a newly built villa that offers guests 200 m2 of living space, and the total area of the property is 560 m2. It can accommodate a maximum of 9, and optimally 8 people. You will be accommodated in 4 bedrooms, 3 of which are located on the ground floor and the fourth is on the upper floor, together with a dining room, kitchen and bathroom. On the ground floor there are also 2 en suite bathrooms with shower. Three rooms have a double bed (160x200), and the fourth room has 2 single beds (90x200).
In the living room there is a sofa that serves as an extra bed for 2 people (140x200). You can also use an armchair, a table and a TV. Right next to the sofa there is a dining room with a dining table for 8 people, and the fully equipped kitchen has a bar with 2 bar stools.
On the outdoor terrace there is an infinity pool with a size of 36 m2 and a depth of 1.4 meters. There are also sunbeds: 2 in the pool, 4 by the pool and 2 on the roof terrace.
During your stay you can use 1 separate toilet, washing machine and dryer.
Villa Julian also has a roof terrace with seating, an umbrella and an outdoor dining table where you can enjoy delicious meals. You can also use the small summer kitchen, which is located right next to the outdoor table, and there is also an outdoor gas grill.
The yard offers 4 private parking spaces.
