Your stay in Villa Karla Nin

Beautiful villa Karla Nin is located in the picturesque town of Nin on the Dalmatian coast. Built in modern style, this luxury villa offers many advantages such as proximity to the sea and unspoiled nature that will give you a dream vacation. The accommodation capacity of the villa is maximum 9 persons and out of the total three bedrooms, two are equipped with double beds and one with two single beds. There are also two extra beds of size 90x200 cm and an additional corner sofa bed. The villa has two fully equipped bathrooms and an additional toilet. A washing machine, iron and ironing board are also at your disposal. The spacious living room and modern kitchen with dining area provide access to the terrace, where you will find a relaxing 24.5 m² pool and sun loungers, allowing you to enjoy moments of relaxation in the afternoon sun and in the company of your loved ones. In the courtyard there is also an outdoor barbecue and outdoor dining table. On the green lawn in the courtyard, the little ones will surely enjoy the slide and the children's playground. In the courtyard of the villa there are two parking spaces and outside the courtyard there are two more parking spaces. The first beach called Queen's Beach is 1.5 km away from the villa and is considered the longest beach in Croatia with a length of 8000 meters. This beach is connected with the legend of the first Croatian king Tomislav, who spent romantic moments here with his queen, watching the dawn with an unforgettable view of the nearby mountain Velebit. In Nin there are numerous beaches with healing mud, whose beneficial effects were already known at the time of Cleopatra. The city of Nin is also known as the royal city, a title that owes its historical importance to the capital of the Croatian national rulers. Nin also has a longer history, dating back to the Illyrian period, even to the 9th century BC when it was founded by an Illyrian tribe called Aenona. In ancient times, the town of Nin was an important seaport, and later, in the Middle Ages, the famous ships of the ancient Croatian navy called Condura Croatica were built here, which today can be found in the Museum of Nin Antiquities. Near Nin you can find various entertainment options such as bungee jumping on the Maslenica Bridge or the Aquapark on the island of Pag. On the island of Pag you will also find the Croatian Ibiza beach Zr?e, which in the summer months becomes a place of first class entertainment and fun. On this island you will also find authentic gastronomic delicacies such as Pag cheese. Be sure to visit one of the many restaurants or taverns where you can taste a variety of Dalmatian cuisine dominated by fresh sea fish, prosciutto, cheese, olive oil or homemade wine. Der beheizte Pool war echt super, gerade am Abend wenn es etwas kühler wurde. Es sollte definitiv mehr Schatten im Poolbereich geben, dort ist nur eine Markise, die aber nicht viel Schatten wirft. Die Bäder sind relativ klein daher wird es oft sehr nass wenn viele Personen duschen. Man kann von dort schnell ins Zentrum nach Nin laufen (ca. 10min), der Strand......

Villa Karla was a really nice place to stay, stylish, comfortable, equipped with everything you might need. The pool was great, you can jump in anytime, the kids didn't even want to leave it for the beach :) Location was perfect, few minutes walk to the old town of Nin, with many nice beaches a few minutes drive. We spent a lovely week and the host was very welcoming and gave us some useful tips around the area.

Le nostre vacanze a Nin sono state eccezionali. La regione offre molto: spiagge, città e borghi, natura. La villa dove abbiamo alloggiato ha largamente sodisfatto le nostre aspettative: nuova, ben arredata, dotata di ogni confort e comoda per auto e spostamenti alle zone limitrofe. Il centro di Nin si raggiunge con pochi passi. Voglio ringraziare anche Timoslav, il proprietario , che è stato molto gentile e disponibile. Tornerò sicuramente.

Wunderschöne Villa
Die Villa ist wunderschön und modern eingerichtet. Sie liegt nahe der Strände von Nin und des Stadtzentrums. Wir verbrachten eine tolle Zeit mit 6 Personen (2 Erwachsene und 4 Kinder) und haben den Komfort der Villa sehr genossen. Besonders der Pool und der schöne Außenbereich mit Liegen inkl. Auflagen haben uns sehr gut gefallen. Der Verwalter Tomislav war stets ansprechbar und sehr hilfsbereit. Ein paar Kleinigkeiten zur Verbesserung: Nespresso-Kaffeemaschine, etwas mehr Weingläser wären wünschenswert, sonst alles top.

We had a great family time at Villa Karla Nin. Everything was excellent from the very beginning. Communication with the villa owner was perfect, and managing our arrival was very easy. The owner really cares about his guests and their needs. The villa itself was spotlessly clean, down to the last detail. Furniture, appliances—everything there is new and convenient. The best parts of the villa are a large terrace with a big outdoor dining table and an awesome heated swimming pool. Our children especially enjoyed the pool; they could spend hours in it. The villa is located a very short walk from the Nin Old Town, where many restaurants and bars are available. Villa Karla is definitely the place to stay in Nin.
