The private beach just below the house offers you a berth for a boat as well as the opportunity for maximum relaxation in peace and quiet. Villa Karla Posedarje offers accommodation for a total of 8 guests. The elegant and stylish ground floor of the villa provides a generous amount of natural day light and room for entertainment. It consists of a cosy living room, a modern, minimalist kitchen and a lovely dining area. On the upper floor of the villa there are 4 airy bedrooms, each featuring a double bed and an elegant and comfortable ensuite bathroom. For additional comfort, a separate toilet is located on the ground floor. Furthermore, two bedrooms have their own terrace where you can enjoy a cup of coffee in the morning or a glass of fine, chilled wine in the evening soaking up the warmth of the summer. When in need of refreshment, you can choose to spend your time at the lovely private beach with clear sea right in front of the villa, or at the pool surrounded by sun loungers, completed with an outdoor shower. A very nicely and modernly furnished villa that provides everything you could want for a great vacation. Beautiful sea, quiet private beach, swimming pool, outdoor grill, equipped kitchen, cozy rooms. Shops and services are a short drive away. For everyone who likes silence and nature. Short trips to the city of Zadar, Nin, to the Krka National Park are a pleasant break from swimming and will contribute to active relaxation.

Sie ist äußerst ruhig in einer Anliegerstraße gelegen und gleichzeitig nur wenige Autominuten vom Dorfzentrum Posedarje entfernt. Dieses erschließt sich erst auf den zweiten Blick und bietet alles für den täglichen Bedarf: Supermärkte, Bäcker, exzellentes Fischgeschäft (direkt unten am Hafen), Metzger, Tankstelle, landestypische Restaurants und Cafebars. Our second year at this villa and it doesn’t disappoint. Great access to the sea and surrounding areas. A fantastic base for lazy days or more extravagant outing to Trogir, Split or one of many national parks. I would highly recommend this as a multi family destination with easy links to Zadar or Spljt airport. Hire cars essential.
