Your stay in Villa Karmen

The beautiful villa Karmen is located in the Dalmatian tourist resort Zaton, which, just like the villa itself, meets all the expectations of guests in search of a great holiday on the sea. In the back of your hand you have plenty of fun activities for children and adults, sandy beaches as well as excellent restaurants with top deals.

With a living space of 270 m2 villa features fully equipped kitchen and airy living room, carefully decorated to the finest details. With 5 modern bathrooms and 6 luxuriously decorated bedrooms, the house can accommodate optimally 12 and maximum 14 guests. There are 5 bedrooms equipped with boxspring beds that provide maximum comfort and  one bedroom with two single beds and an extra bed for two people.


The immaculately landscaped garden of 600 m2 combines traditional Dalmatian elements, natural materials and superb design. You can refresh yourself in a 38 m2 pool or relax on sun loungers. If you choose to prepare a tasty meal for your family and friends, you have a barbecue and a covered terrace with an outside table in the cozy ambience of the villa. Outside amenities include outdoor billiards, table tennis, basketball basket and darts. Trampoline will cheer up the children.


Villa Karmen is also located close to the historic and beautiful Zadar, and for those who want an active holiday, we recommend Adventure Park in Kozino and Windsurfing on Queens beach in charming Nin.

Liebe Petra und liebe Familie, unser Urlaub in der Villa Karmen war traumhaft! Ihr als Gastgeber seid an Gastfreundschaft nicht zu übertreffen. Uns wurde jeder Wunsch erfüllt.Nicht nur was die Ausstattung angeht. Es wurde alles organisiert.Schnell und sehr freundlich. Eine Reise mit 4 Kleinkindern und 8 Erwachsenen ist eine Herausforderung. Ihr habt für alles gesorgt.Drei Hochstühle,extra Babybetten und vieles mehr. Das Haus ist perfekt ausgestattet. Für jeden ausreichend Platz.Mit den vielen Bädern,perfekt. Das schönste ist allerdings der Aussenbereich.Ein großer Esstisch,die wundervolle Außenküche mit Grill. Ein traumhafter Salzwasser Pool,Billard,Trampolin,Schaukeln.... Viele Sonnen und Schattenplätze machen den Außenbereich perfekt. Alles so liebevoll hergerichtet. Groß und klein fühlten sich sehr wohl. Danke für eure Gastfreundschaft und das hervorragende Dinner, welches ihr für uns zubereitet habt!Wir haben lange nicht so gut gegessen...Oh und das leckere Gebäck 😊 Der tägliche Gang in den Garten um frische Tomaten und Feigen zu holen...toll. Zur Umgebung. Der Ort ist sehr klein aber alles Fussläufig erreichbar.Für größere Einkäufe fährt man nur 5 min. Zadar ist wunderschön und in 10 min erreichbar. Kroatien ist eine Reise wert und Vorallem die Villa Karmen. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder Liebe Petra und denken oft mit wunderschönen Erinnerungen an unseren Aufenthalt. Danke für alles. Nice relaxing holiday!
A gorgeous villa suitable for young families and big groups. The hosts were amazingly helpful and accommodating. A short drive from Zadar and a walk away from Zaton holiday village with a pretty seafront. We would definitely recommend this for a nice relaxing holiday!

Wir waren mit 10 Personen in der Villa Karmen. Das Haus ist fantastisch für einen erholsamen und luxeriösen Urlaub. Petra ist sehr höflich und vor allem hilfsbereit. Besonders gut hat uns die Outdoorküche und der Pool gefallen der stets sauber gehalten wurde. Wir würden das Haus jederzeit weiterempfehlen. We were with 10 people in the Villa Karmen. The house is fantastic for a relaxing and luxurious holiday. Petra is very polite and above all helpful. We especially liked the outdoor kitchen and the pool was always kept clean. We would recommend the house at any time.

Fantastic villa,
Can’t recommend enough. Petra and her husband are very helpful and accommodating. The villa was far beyond our expectations and was clean, tidy and had everything we needed and more! Pool was lovely and refreshing outdoor kitchen/bar area is a great design and fantastic for bbqs. Had an amazing time and created so many memories we will never forget! 10/10 would stay again.
