Villa Katarina Diklo is located in the city of Zadar, one of the most beautiful Dalmatian cities, whose list of sights is extremely long. It is a city that is visited every year by many domestic and foreign tourists, because everyone can find something for themselves. What attracts guests the most is the fact that there are not many streets in the center of Zadar, which makes it easier to explore the city and accessible to all who like to walk and create memories. If you are a fan of historical sights, untouched nature and the clear Adriatic Sea, Villa Katarina Diklo together with the city of Zadar is an excellent choice for a family vacation with children or a group of your dearest friends. The villa was built in 2021 in a rustic style and has 140 m2 of living space, while the total area of the property is 600 m2. It is 1 km away from the nearest sea and beach and equally far from the nearest restaurants and cafes. The villa can accommodate a maximum of 8 people and optimally 6. There are 3 bedrooms with double beds, one of them with private bathroom with shower, and there are two other normal bathrooms, also with showers. There is also a TV in each bedroom. In the living room you will sit comfortably on a sofa, which also serves as an extra bed for two people, there is also a TV, a dresser, a romantic fireplace, an armchair and a coffee table. Near the living room there is a game room, where both the little ones and the older ones can have fun playing billiards or darts. The modern kitchen has everything you need to prepare your favorite dishes for the whole family. In the dining room there is a dining table for 6 people and a TV. Villa Katarina Diklo offers sea view from the living room, one bedroom, tavern and game room. The kitchen and dining room lead directly to the outdoor terrace, which will take your breath away. In the 32 m² and 1.5 m deep pool you will find pleasant refreshment during the day and at night. You can sunbathe on 5 deck chairs, you can also use the outdoor wooden grill and dine at the outdoor dining table. You can enjoy your morning coffee on the outdoor seating area, which includes a coffee table. Other facilities include a washing machine, a dryer and an iron. A baby crib is also available if needed. The villa also has a beautifully landscaped garden and there are 2 private parking spaces in the courtyard. Outside the yard there are two more parking spaces and the villa is fully fenced. There is plenty of fun to be had in the city of Zadar and if you choose to stay at Villa Katarina Diklo, don't miss out on enjoying the beauties of the city and the surrounding places that will delight you with delicious gastronomic delights, festivals and hospitable atmosphere locals. Moreover, Zadar is famous for the first sea organ, which creates a melody thanks to the influence of wind and sea waves, as well as for the light installation 'Greeting to the Sun', where you can take great souvenir photos. Wenn Sie gerade nach einem Aufenthalt in Kroatien Ausschau halten, sollten Sie hier verweilen und buchen. Die Villa sehen Sie ja bereits auf den Bildern (sie sieht real genauso aus!). Doch was Sie auf dieser Seite noch nicht erkennen können, ist einerseits das liebevolle und extrem sympathische Gastgeber-Paar, und, andererseits, die traumhaft schöne Umgebung mit unmittelbar angrenzendem Pinienwald, den Duft des Meeres bis auf die Terrasse, der gemütliche, 10-minütige Fußmarsch zum Strand, freund......

Wir verbrachten Anfang Juni 1 Woche mit der Familie in der neuen Villa Katarina Diklo - einfach wunderbar !! Wir wurden von der Eigentümerin Ivana sehr herzlich empfangen. Es war alles wie auf den Fotos, sehr einladend und gepflegt, die Eigentümerin sehr nett, immer erreichbar und sehr hilfsbereit. Das Haus ist sehr gut aufgeteilt und es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Der Pool ist absolut ausreichend und perfekt an heißen Tagen, die Aussenanlagen vor und hinter dem Haus sehr gepflegt und abends wun......

Es war einfach super schön. Ein wunderschönes Haus mit einem tollen Blick auf das Meer. Sehr herzlicher Empfang, tolle Ausstattung, sehr sauber, wunderschöner Pool, tolle Küche, schöne Gegend mit vielen Ausflugsmöglichkeiten. Wir waren zwei Wochen hier und es war TOP!
