If you are looking for a beautiful villa near the Adriatic Sea, Villa Katarina in Privlaka is the perfect choice for you! Privlaka lies on a large, flat peninsula of sandy soil. It is 2 km from Nin and has a mild Mediterranean climate with 2,540 hours of sunshine per year. This magnificent villa offers 233 square metres of modern style optionally enjoyable for up to 8 guests. On the ground floor of the villa there is a modern kitchen with everything you need during your stay. There is also a spacious living room that is lit by sunlight for pleasant gatherings with your family and friends. On the same floor there is a bedroom with a bathroom and a separate toilet for all guests. Upstairs there are three beautiful bedrooms, two of which have a separate shared bathroom and one bedroom has its own bathroom. In this villa, pleasure is guaranteed. On 612 square metres, you can relax outdoors and socialize with the rest of your group. You can soak up the sun while lounging by the large 35 square meter pool and take a refreshing swim. Thanks to the equipped summer kitchen with barbecue, you can also prepare the best meals by the pool. While staying in this completely enclosed villa, you do not have to worry about your means of transport as there are two parking spaces inside the courtyard and two outside of it. Some of the fun facilities this villa can offer you include a slide, swings and a playroom for children, while adult guests can have fun playing table football. Privlaka is a place known as an oasis of sandy bays and an ideal family holiday destination. It is also known as a place with a long fishing tradition.
