Your stay in Villa Korat

The beautiful Villa Korat, located in the 3,000-year-old Istrian town of Marčana, combines peaceful surroundings and nature with the proximity of the sea, which is 12 kilometres away. This modern villa consists of 4 bedrooms, 3 of which have double beds and one room has two single beds, 6 bathrooms equipped with showers and one separate toilet. On the ground floor there is a fully equipped kitchen, a luxuriously decorated living room with a folding three-seater, TV and Xbox console, equipped for quality socializing. In the completely fenced garden there is a beautiful swimming pool of 42m2 with hydro-massagers. The pool is surrounded by deck chairs, and additional privacy is ensured by a wall and hedge. The special offer of the villa includes a sauna, 5 parking spaces and for the smallest guests a children's playground, where children can have fun on the trampoline, playing table tennis or badminton, and there is also a volleyball net and soccer goals. The place Marčana is ideal for all guests who are looking for a quiet holiday, away from the crowds and yet close to the sea. Experience the beauty of this small town, discover historical monuments, regional specialties and natural products of the local population in their restaurants and taverns, and indulge in the beauty of continental Istria. If you want a quiet and relaxing holiday, villa Korat is the right choice for you. Please note this property does not accept youth groups or stag/hen parties. A youth group at this property is one comprised of individuals aged 30 or under. Do not book this property if you are a youth group or a stag/hen party, as your booking will be rejected post-booking, which may include on arrival at the property or during your stay and you will not be refunded.

Aber... es gab leider auch Dinge die nicht sein müssen und genauer bedacht werden sollten. Die Duschen sind zwar begehbar und mit Regenduschen versehen, aber leider nicht groß genug und der Duschkopf nicht verstellbar, sodass Überschwemmu......

Das Positive zuerst: wir hatten einen dreiwöchigen schönen Urlaub. Ein großer sehr sauberer Pool, ein schön eingerichtetes Haus mit einer gut ausgestatteten Küche, gute Betten und eine ruhige Lage mit annehmbaren Fahrtzeiten zum Einkaufen und an den Strand. Aber... es gab leider auch Dinge die nicht sein müssen und genauer bedacht werden sollten. Die Duschen sind zwar begehbar und mit Regenduschen versehen, aber leider nicht groß genug und der Duschkopf nicht verstellbar, sodass Überschwemmungen an der Tagesordnung sind. Beim Saubermachen kommen einen die Holzblenden in der Küche und an der Treppe entgegen. Die Sommerküche ist sehr schön mit großem Tisch, der aber direkt vor dem Holzkohlegrill steht. Leider ist essen und grillen so wegen der starken Hitze nicht möglich. Der Tisch muss dann herausgestellt werden. Die Kinderschaukel und das Klettergerüst sind leider nicht ausreichend befestigt. Die Baustelle direkt neben dem Grundstück war bekannt und zum Glück war der Baulärm in der letzten Woche nicht so gravierend, wie befürchtet, obwohl man uns schriftlich zugesagt hatte, dass während unserem Urlaub nicht gebaut wird! Alles in allem eine wunderschönes Haus, dass 5 Sterne verdient hätte, wenn die besagten Mängel nicht wären.
