Your stay in Villa Korina

The beautiful Villa Korina is located in Supljak, not far from Primosten on the Adriatic coast. The villa is a great choice for anyone who wants to enjoy privacy, peace and quiet in beautiful surroundings. This spacious villa of 280 m2 is built on plot of 1400 m2 and can accommodate 10 people. The fully air-conditioned villa is covered with wireless internet. Modern design and comfort are the main determinants of this villa. The luxuriously furnished living room with satellite TV connects to the equally stylish dining area. The fully equipped kitchen will delight guests with an icemaker and wine cooler, while coffee lovers will enjoy a cup of coffee from a top-of-the-range coffee maker. At your disposal, you have 4 air-conditioned bedrooms with comfortable double beds and SAT TV and ensuite bathrooms with a shower and one with bathtub. Relaxation is another name for Villa Korina, so you can enjoy the jacuzzi inside the outdoor swimming pool and watch TV because it has SAT TV even in the garden. The 70 m2 swimming pool is surrounded by sun loungers and garden furniture from where, as well as from the villa, you can enjoy the beautiful view of the sea and charming Dalmatia. Covered barbecue facility has grill on wood and is designed to prepare delicious dinners with family and friends. The plot is completely enclosed by wall and surrounded by Mediterranean plants, and there is also a private parking space large enough for 4 vehicles. The location of the villa is beautiful as the villa itself and offers you the opportunity to visit many beautiful beaches and Dalmatian jewels Split and Šibenik that will delight you with its history and culture. This property may allow pets at the owner's discretion, or for a fee. Please note this property does not accept youth groups or stag/hen parties. A youth group at this property is one comprised of individuals aged 30 or under. Do not book this property if you are a youth group or a stag/hen party, as your booking will be rejected post-booking, which may include on arrival at the property or during your stay and you will not be refunded.

Die Ansprechpartnerin Vorort war äußerst zuvorkommend und freundlich. Die Villa war sauber und sehr modern. Das Pool und der dazugehörige Jacuzzi waren beheizt, sehr groß und sauber. Die Aussicht auf das Meer, ein Traum. Der Außengrill war spitze, das Areal ist komplett umzäunt, in Primosten ist man schnell, alles......

Die Buchung über Croatia Luxury Rent hat super funktioniert und die Betreuung vor Ort bei der Schlüsselübergabe und auch beim Auschecken war hervorragend. Man merkt, dass die Villa noch sehr neu ist. Die Zimmer sind wunderschön, sehr sauber und mit sehr viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet, ebenso der Wohnraum. In der Küche ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Und die Außenanlage mit dem......

Sehr ruhiges Ferienhaus am Berg gelegen, ohne direkte Nachbarn ( rechts oder links ), dennoch zentral. 3 Minuten zum Supermarkt und 5 Minuten zum Strand und Primosten. Wunderschöne Garten-und Poolanlage mit traumhafter Aussicht aufs Meer. Grillküche am Pool-sehr vorteilhaft. Das Haus ist modern eingerichtet mit genügend Platz für 8 Personen, zu jedem der 4 Schlafzimmer ein eigenes Bad. Wir haben uns wie zu Hause gefühlt. Wir waren als Großfamilie vor Ort, 5 Erwachsene (18,18,21, 48+52 Jahre alt ), 2 Kinder (15 Jahre ). Hat sich alles sehr gut verteilt. Sehr gute Betreuung vor Ort durch Hausmangerin Angela und Hauseigentümer. Das Grundstück ist komplett eingeschlossen durch eine Mauer mit 2 Toren. Unsere 2 Hunde haben sich hier auch wohl gefühlt. Direktes Gassi gehen in der Umgebung kein Problem. Wir bedanken uns nochmal für die kompetente Beratung durch Croatia Luxury Rent für Entscheidung zu diesem wunderschönenen Feriendomizil in Kroatien. War die richtige Entscheidung.

Die Villa hält, was die Bilder versprechen
Wir hatten die Villa Korina von 28. August bis 4. September 2021 gemeinsam mit zwei anderen Familien gebucht. Die Buchung über Croatia Luxury Rent hat super funktioniert und die Betreuung vor Ort bei der Schlüsselübergabe und auch beim Auschecken war hervorragend. Man merkt, dass die Villa noch sehr neu ist. Die Zimmer sind wunderschön, sehr sauber und mit sehr viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet, ebenso der Wohnraum. In der Küche ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Und die Außenanlage mit dem Pool ist einfach toll, der Meerblick atemberaubend schön - vor allem auch bei Sonnenuntergang. Ganz in der Nähe ist eine kleine Bucht - perfekt zum Baden im Meer. Im Ort selbst finden sich viele Lokale mit ausgezeichnetem Essen. Wir können die Villa nur empfehlen. Preis-Leistung passt hier sehr gut.
