Luxury villa Kunj is located in the village Kunj in Istria. Villa Kunj is the right choice for those who want to spend their vacations in peace and relaxation, while enjoying the absolute privacy and luxury of this beautiful villa. Accommodation capacity for maximum 6 people, fully air-conditioned Villa Kunj has a total of 208 m2 and is furnished in a rustic-modern style. Surrounded by pristine nature and enchanting greenery, this villa offers you everything you have ever dreamed of. Upstairs there are 3 bedrooms with three double beds (180x200) and 3 bathrooms with showers. On the first floor of the villa there is a living room with a sofa, a two-seater, an armchair and a TV. The beautifully furnished kitchen has everything you need to prepare your favorite and most delicious dishes, such as cooking utensils, oven, toaster, coffee maker and wine fridge. The kitchen also includes a small bar with 2 seats. Near the kitchen there is a dining room with a table with 6 seats and next to it an exit to the outdoor terrace. As additional equipment there is a washing machine, dryer and iron, and the villa has a separate toilet. For a real sense of luxury, you'll be thrilled with the sauna, gym, and hot tub, which are located across the street from the villa in a separate building and shared by the pool. If you are traveling with children, you can take advantage of the food dispenser and baby crib. The pool is 38 m² and you can refresh yourself in complete privacy during the day and at night. Next to it there are 6 sun loungers, surrounded by an open garden and plenty of space for children to play, and children can also enjoy themselves on the swings. The charcoal or wood outdoor grill is located next to the covered outdoor dining table with seating for 6. You can use 4 private parking spaces in the yard. Kunj is a small place not far from the town of Labin and the Istrian coast with beautiful beaches and clear sea. Istrian peninsula offers many attractions and facilities that are worth visiting and trying. Beautiful landscapes and sunny Mediterranean climate will offer you entertaining and interesting day trips with your family or a group of friends.
