Modern villa Lara built in contemporary style is located in Vrana, only 6 km from Pakostane. Villa Lara is located in the protected area ?nature park Vransko jezero? Nearby is the Vrana lake named after this place, the largest natural lake in Croatia. Relax in the complete privacy of Villa Lara property and have fun with your loved ones in the most beautiful vacation! The newly built and luxurious villa is 240 m2 and offers accommodation for a maximum of 8 guests. It has 4 comfortably furnished bedrooms, including 4 private bathrooms with showers. Three bedrooms are located on the upper floor, the fourth on the first floor. If you need an extra bed, you can use 2 extra beds (90x200) by prior arrangement. Fully air-conditioned Villa Lara offers everything you need to create your dream vacation according to your expectations. The modern kitchen and dining room with table for 8 people is a place where you can prepare and enjoy delicious meals, and in the spacious living room, which consists of a corner set, coffee table and TV, you can relax with your family or watch your favorite movies and series. On the terrace there is a 60 m² pool with separate hydro-massage area and area for children. Next to it there are 8 sun loungers where you can spend relaxing afternoons. Active evenings are also spent on the terrace, where you can use the outdoor grill with gas, coal or wood, as well as an outdoor dining table with 8 seats. Villa Lara offers 3 parking spaces in the yard and the same number outside. Children will be delighted by the villa's entertainment facilities, including digital TV, books, HI-FI, children's playroom, darts, badminton, bicycles and an open garden. Interesting local activities include wine tours, botanical garden, water sports, bike rental, olive oil tours, hiking and a visit to the nature park Lake Vrana, recognizable by its Mediterranean climate and one of the largest wetlands at the same time time time a refuge and winter sports resort. Die Villa Lara hat unsere Erwartungen übertroffen. Wir wurden sehr freundlich von Yve und Danjela empfangen, die für uns den Kühlschrank mit Leckereien gefüllt haben. Auch andere Lebensmittel und andere Dinge waren für unseren Gebrauch vorhanden. Dafür bedanken wir uns nochmals recht herzlich bei den Gastgebern. Die moderne Villa ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet und die Pool-Anlage ist ein Traum. Die Aussicht auf den Vransko Jezero und der Blick auf den abendlichen Sonnenuntergang sind unvergesslich. Wir haben mit der Familie einen unvergesslichen Urlaub verbringen dürfen und können die Villa allen die das besondere Lieben sehr empfehlen. In den umliegenden Gemeinden wie Pakostane und Biograd na Moru gibt es wunderbare Restaurants und gute Supermärkte. Sehenswürdigkeiten wie Zadar, Nin, Sibenik, Split oder der Nationalpark Krka sind gut zu erreichen und sehenswert. Liebe Grüße an Yve und Danjela
