Luxury villa Larun is located on the west coast of Istria, in the small town of Vabriga, whose charm will leave you breathless. Built in a rustic style, this villa stands out with spacious plot area of 500 m2 and privacy provided by the completely fenced yard.
The accommodation capacity of the villa is for a maximum of six people. The ground floor has one bedroom, bathroom, fully equipped kitchen, dining room and living room. On the first floor of the villa there are two more bedrooms and two bathrooms. From the terrace on the first floor, you can even see the seashore 800 m distant from the villa.
In the courtyard of the villa there is a beautiful pool of 40 m2 and a depth of 1.7 m, around which there are 6 deck chairs where you can enjoy the summer sun. An outdoor grill and an outdoor dining table are also available.
Inside the spacious yard there are two parking spaces, and outside the yard there are two additional parking spaces at your disposal.
In Vabriga there are several beautiful beaches where you can enjoy all the benefits of the crystal-clear Adriatic Sea. The youngest will for sure be thrilled with many interesting contents of the Lanterna Aquapark in the vicinity of the villa.
The surrounding villages near Vabriga also offer a variety of interesting activities, such as wine tours, olive oil tours or truffle hunting. Istria is known for its exceptional gastronomic offer, from which world-famous top wines such as Malvasia, Merlot or Teran stand out.
The wine in Istria is recognized for its top quality due to its particularly favourable geographical position and soil quality, known as "Quattro terre". This feature has enabled the exceptional quality of not only the cultivation of vines but also extra virgin olive oil, which is valued as number one in Europe. Truffles are another top-quality, expensive delicacy that will delight all true gourmets with its specific and bitter taste.
Near Vabriga there are also urban centres, the towns of Poreč in the south and Umag in the north, places rich in cultural and historical monuments. In Poreč, for example, you will find one of the best-preserved monuments from the Byzantine period - the Euphrasian Basilica, included in the UNESCO World Heritage List.
Poreč is also known for the best-preserved Roman grid of streets: a regular orthogonal system divided into two main streets, which in ancient times were called Cardo and Decumanus. This Roman system has been preserved in Croatia in a few other cities on the Adriatic coast, such as Pula or Zadar.
Enjoy the many activities and diverse content, both cultural and gastronomic provided by Istria, a Croatian region that is not without reason called "magical Istria", and relax in the luxury of Villa Larun, which will provide everything you need for a dream vacation.
