Your stay in Villa Lea & Tea

Villa Lea & Tea is a typical Istrian stone house with a living space of 300 square metres, located on the outskirts of the village of Pajići, in the middle of the beautiful and unspoiled nature between Tinjan and Višnjan. The house was completely renovated in 2014 and equipped with beautiful furniture. The beautiful villa features 3 spacious bedrooms with sleeping facilities for 7 to 11 people on 300sqm, spread over two floors. The ground floor of the villa features a large kitchen with adjoining dining room and living room with fireplace. Here you will also find a lovely bedroom equipped with a double bed, private shower and separate toilet. The first-floor features two bedrooms, both equipped with double beds, one with an additional single bed. Both bedrooms have two single sleeper chairs, which can be converted into comfortable beds if required. Each of the bedrooms have their own bathroom with a shower enclosure, toilet, bathtub, double sink, satellite TV, air conditioning, walk-in wardrobes and private balconies with inviting seating and beautiful views of nature and in the distance even with sea views. The villa is idyllically situated on a 700sqm large, secluded land surrounded by gorgeous greenery. The courtyard of the villa features a 32m2 large pool with sun loungers, a lovely terrace with a comfortable seating area, perfect for relaxation. The offer of the villa includes a children's travel cot as well as a clothes horse, ironing board and iron. As a special entertainment Villa Lea & Tea offers a separate, approximately 50m2 large, air-conditioned house with a table tennis, large satellite TV, PlayStation 4, dart board, football table and comfortable lounge furniture. Private parking is located directly on the property at the entrance. This property may allow pets at the owner's discretion, or for a fee. Please note this property will only accept youth groups or stag/hen parties subject to payment of a refundable security deposit. If you are a youth group or a stag/hen party, you will be asked to pay the security deposit on arrival. Any sums required to repair damage caused by you to the property during your stay will be deducted from the security deposit before being returned to you.

Die Villa eignet sich hervorragend für mehrere Familien oder für eine Großfamilie. Wir hatten auch unseren Hund dabei. Die Ruhe und Abgeschiedenheit der Villa ist sehr erholsam. Supermarkt und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten im Umkreis von 20 km. Ausgehmöglichkeiten und auch Strandbesuch in Porec oder Rovinj möglich. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt in der Villa! Es war sauber und wir haben alles für unser Wohlbefinden vorgefunden. Gerne wieder!

We very much enjoyed our stay at Villa Lea & Tea. We were 3 Families with 5 kids (0, 1, 4, 5 and 7 years old). The house and garden/pool is very clean, nice quite modern furnished and equipped. All your heart's desire can be found there. It's a perfectly closed compound where you do not have to fear that kids run away. The separate house with billard, darts, etc. is a highlight for small and big. The only disadvantage for us was the distance to restaurants, supermarkets and beach. It was alw......

Dieses Haus,Villa??!?,hat keine gute Bewertung verdient. 1.Das Gechirr in der Küche noch schmutzig,musste von uns gewaschen werden,teilweise noch Essensreste auf den Tellern und Töpfen.Überall Spinnweben,die Chouch roch extrem nach Zigarettenrauch,die vordere kleinere Chouch bricht fast ein.Die Lichtschalter dreckig ekelig,wurden von uns gereinigt!!!!!,einfach ekelhaft.Die Stühle am Esstisch,alle klebrig beim anfassen,wurden von uns gereinigt!!!! In unserem Bad waren die Waschbecken nicht saub......

Ansich ist die Lage und die Villa zum weiterempfehlen, bis auf die kleinen typischen kroatischen Baumängel z.B. lose und rutschig Fliesen am Poolbereich ohne Abschlusskanten etc., die es wohl aber überall gibt. Leider lässt aber auch die Sauberkeit etwas zu wünschen übrig. Schmutziges Geschirr, Staub in allen Ecken und das Spielhaus bzw. der klebrige Boden wurde offenbar Opfer vieler Partys... Die Vermieterin jedoch ließ uns wissen, daß sie daran schon arbeitet. Kontakt mit der Vermieterin übrigens 1A. Ansich eine wirklich schöne, geräumige Villa, die auch preislich zumindest in der Nebensaison Punkten kann.

Dieses Haus,Villa??!?,hat keine gute Bewertung verdient. 1.Das Gechirr in der Küche noch schmutzig,musste von uns gewaschen werden,teilweise noch Essensreste auf den Tellern und Töpfen.Überall Spinnweben,die Chouch roch extrem nach Zigarettenrauch,die vordere kleinere Chouch bricht fast ein.Die Lichtschalter dreckig ekelig,wurden von uns gereinigt!!!!!,einfach ekelhaft.Die Stühle am Esstisch,alle klebrig beim anfassen,wurden von uns gereinigt!!!! In unserem Bad waren die Waschbecken nicht sauber,auf dem Boden noch die abgeschnittenes Zehennägel der Gäste vor uns. Für jeden Gast nur ein kleines und ein großes Handtuch für eine Woche?!?!?! Die Waschmaschine defekt!!! Und dazu noch der im ganzen Haus muffige Geruch. Wir waren vom 31.7.21-07.08.21 in diesem Haus. Nieeee mehr wieder.

We very much enjoyed our stay at Villa Lea & Tea. We were 3 Families with 5 kids (0, 1, 4, 5 and 7 years old). The house and garden/pool is very clean, nice quite modern furnished and equipped. All your heart's desire can be found there. It's a perfectly closed compound where you do not have to fear that kids run away. The separate house with billard, darts, etc. is a highlight for small and big. The only disadvantage for us was the distance to restaurants, supermarkets and beach. It was always at least 10 to 15 minutes drive by car, even 25-30 min to the beach.
