Villa Lina is located in Tkon, which is known as an old fishing village located in the southern part of the island of Pašman. With its rich cultural and historical heritage, it is an unavoidable tourist destination due to its beautiful sandy beaches and coves where you will surely enjoy swimming in the clean and clear sea. If you want to afford a happy and pleasant holiday with family and friends, then Villa Lina is the right choice for you! It was built in 2022 in a contemporary construction style, offers guests 89 m2 of living space, and the total area of the property is 550 m2. Villa Lina is fully air-conditioned, and it can accommodate a maximum of 4 people who will be accommodated in 2 comfortable bedrooms with double beds. The villa has one ensuite bathroom with a shower cabin and one regular bathroom that also has a shower cabin. In the villa, you will be able to use a washing machine, an iron, and a baby cot. You will be able to relax on the sofa in the living room, and there is also a TV, coffee table, and board games. There is also a dining room with a dining table for 4 people, and a modern kitchen where you can prepare delicious meals with ease. On the outdoor terrace, you can enjoy the view of the sea in a relaxed way, and you will be able to refresh yourself in the heated pool of 28 m2 and 1.45 metres deep. Additional functionality of the pool is a waterfall, and there is also a solar outdoor shower. Next to it, there are 4 deckchairs for sunbathing, an outdoor electric grill, and an outdoor dining table and seating. The courtyard of the villa is fenced and offers 2 private parking spaces. The island of Pašman is the second largest island in the Zadar island group (63 km2), and it is 2-5 km away from the mainland by the wide Pašman channel. An important underwater archaeological site is the remains of a shipwreck in the Pašman Channel near the islet of Gnalić, whose objects, about 10,000 of them, are kept by the Local Museum in Biograd na moru. It is a Venetian ship that sank in 1583 full of a variety of expensive goods for trade in the ports of the Mediterranean. Relax and enjoy the company of your loved ones at Villa Lina!

Aber auch die Betreuung vor Ort, Schlüsselübergabe, Willkommensgruß und check out - alles Bestens! Jetzt zum Haus.... einfach nur WUNDERSCHÖN! Tip Top eingerichtet, alles was man braucht und nicht braucht war da! So neu und modern alles, wir waren eine der ersten Bewoh......

Die Abwicklung über Croatia Luxury Rent war zuverlässig und unkompliziert. Barzahlung vor Ort störte uns persönlich etwas, da wir vor dem Aufenthalt in der Villa noch 3 Tage wo anders waren und das Geld immer dabei hatten.... Aber auch die Betreuung vor Ort, Schlüsselübergabe, Willkommensgruß und check out - alles Bestens! Jetzt zum Haus.... einfach nur WUNDERSCHÖN! Tip Top eingerichtet, alles was man braucht und nicht braucht war da! So neu und modern alles, wir waren eine der ersten Bewohner dieses Hauses. Der Pool und der Jacuzzi wurden zweimal in der Woche gereinigt und aufbereitet. Der einzige Punkt der wirklich für uns störend und unschön war.... war die Hauptstrasse (Pasmansca cesta) die direkt vorm Haus vorbei führte! Großer Störfaktor in Punkto Lärm und Gestank! Die Autofahrer, Fahrradfahrer und Fußgänger konnten uns zudem direkt auf die Terrasse schauen. Wegen des Sonderangebotes welches zu unserem Zeitraum für die Villa bestand, ziehe ich hier gnädigerweise nur ein Stern ab!
