Your stay in Villa Loto

Modern newly built villa Loto is located in the beautiful town of Posedarje. Posedarje is a place with a long history and tradition located on the shores of the Novigrad Sea, about 25 kilometers from Zadar. Apart from its rich history and tradition, Posedarje delights its visitors with its natural beauties, clean sea, beaches, one of which is pebble (Bokulja Beach) and is located in the village and the other sandy beach near the church of Sv. Duh , of course there are numerous small coves and beaches for those who want privacy.

Villa Loto has 4 air-conditioned bedrooms with en suite bathrooms, two of which have a double bed and the remaining two are equipped with single beds. Upstairs there is also a spacious terrace with a beautiful view of the blue Adriatic. The ground floor has an equipped kitchen and dining room, two bedrooms with bathroom and separate toilet. There is also a children's playroom for the youngest, and table tennis and football and darts for good fun in company.

Fun and relaxation will surely provide you a pool in the garden. On the outdoor terrace you can relax and get the desired summer complexion on deck chairs from which you can enjoy the view of the beautiful Dalmatian landscape. The Dalmatian atmosphere will be provided by a small tavern with a wooden grill where you can prepare fresh Dalmatian fish. The tavern has a typical Dalmatian decoration, a combination of stone and a large wooden table with seating.

Posedarje offers numerous recreational opportunities such as rafting, fishing and cycling. During your vacation you can visit the city of Zadar, but also other places nearby such as NP Paklenica, NP Plitvice, NP Krka, NP Kornati, Vrana Lake Nature Park, and places Nin, Novigrad, Pag, Starigrad, Sukosan, Bibinje and many others.

Jedes Zimmer mit eigenem, modernem Bad, eine perfekt ausgestattete Küche, ein Spieleraum im Keller und natürlich der schöne Pool! Wer möchte kann in einem extra Kaminraum grillen, super! Am meisten haben wir die Dachterrasse genossen, hier wird Urlaub bei Sonnenuntergang mit einem Drink perfekt! Eine herzliche Begrüßung und Einweisung durch die Eigentümer und die ständige Bereitschaft per WhatsApp auf Fragen zu antworten war großartig und erleichternd für uns! Obwohl die Villa in ländlichem, bergigem Bereich liegt, gibt es in dem kleinen Dorf einen Supermarkt, in dem man alles Nötige bekommt! Wir können die Villa und einen Urlaub in dieser Gegend nur empfehlen!

Einfach traumhaft!
Wir waren von Ende August bis Anfang September zwei Wochen in der Villa. Die Villa ist traumhaft, sie ist einfach perfekt durchdacht. Es gibt z.B. in der Küche und im Poolhaus jeweils einen Geschirrspüler und einen Kühlschrank. Auch mehr als genug Geschirr, Besteck und Gläser sind vorhanden. An sonstigen Küchenutensilien (Töpfe, Pfannen, Bretter, Untersetzer, Tabletts, Mixer, Kaffeemaschine, usw.) wurde auch gedacht - es fehlt nichts. Der Keller ist ein Traum für Klein und Groß… Dart, Kicker, Tischtennis und draußen ein Trampolin. Die Villa ist sehr ruhig gelegen, mit einer mega Aussicht - super zum entspannen. Ein paar Minuten Autofahrt entfernt gibt’s eine super schöne kleine Bucht am Meer, ruhig und tolles Wasser. Man ist aber auch in ca. 30 Minuten jeweils auf Pag, in Nin oder in Zadar, alles können wir empfehlen. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir noch die Vermieter. Super freundlich, hilfsbereit und immer erreichbar, wenn man eine Frage hat. Vielen Dank - wir werden definitiv wieder kommen.

Jedes Zimmer verfügt über eine eigene Klimaanlage und die Badezimmer glänzen durch moderne Ausstattung und Sauberkeit. Wir hatten eine wunderschöne und erholsame Woche und können die Villa Loto mit gutem Gewissen weiterempfehlen!

We stayed for a week in Villa Loto, and I can say only positive things because negativeness doesn't exist in that beautiful place. We also had a wedding in the house, and the owners were super cool about it, and it all went great. The house and the yard are everything we wished for! Owners are really nice and friendly, and they gave us every single thing that we needed. Definitely place to go back and celebrate our anniversaries. Would recommend it to anyone, you won't be sorry. :)

Wir waren für 11 Nächte in diesem wundervollen Haus. Es liegt in einem kleinen Dorf und wir fühlten uns von der ersten Minute an sehr wohl. Das liegt auch an dem liebevollen Empfang der Vermieter. Es war alles da, was man braucht und es wurde uns immer weitergeholfen, wenn wir Fragen hatten. Gerne empfehlen wir die Villa Loto mit gutem Gewissen weiter. Wer einen ruhigen entspannten Urlaub braucht, wird hier nicht enttäuscht.

Villa Loto is a absolute perfect hideaway! Very modern and brand new villa with all amenities one desires. The owner has paid attention to the smallest detail. All equippment (kitchen, sport) is of excellent quality. The owners attention is sensationall. Very kind and friendly. Every request we had was answered within minutes by whatsapp! This villa earns 5 stars without any doubt at all. The house is exactelly as on the photos of the website. The villa is located at a very peacefull place. There are no neighbours. Pure silence. The sea is only a few minutes away (cars necessary). The island of Pag also offers some nice beaches. Zadar is about half an hour away. Again, we really did enjoy our 10 days at Villa Loto. There is absolutely no negative point!

It was amazing time in Villa Loto for our family. The house was very modern and comfortable. We felt there like at home. The house is situated near Zadar and small lovely town Posedarje, however house's area was very quiet and peaceful. Bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen, living room were fantastic and the swimming pool was the best! We spent great week in this house!!! And the most important thing- the owners were very nice, helpful and welcoming. Thank them very much!!! We hope to come back there soon!!! We sincerely recommend this lovely villa!
