Your stay in Villa Loto

Modern newly built Villa Loto is located in the beautiful town of Posedarje. Posedarje is a place with a long history and tradition located on the shores of the Novigrad Sea, about 25 kilometres from Zadar. Apart from its rich history and tradition, Posedarje delights its visitors with its natural beauties, clean sea, beaches, one of which is pebble (Bokulja Beach) and is located in the village and the other sandy beach near the church of Sv. Duh, of course there are numerous small coves and beaches for those who want privacy. Villa Loto has 4 air-conditioned bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms, two of which have a double bed and the remaining two are equipped with single beds. Upstairs there is also a spacious terrace with a beautiful view of the blue Adriatic. The ground floor has an equipped kitchen and dining room, two bedrooms with bathroom and separate toilet. There is also a children's playroom for the youngest, and table tennis and football and darts for good fun in company. Fun and relaxation will surely provide you a pool in the garden. On the outdoor terrace you can relax and get the desired summer complexion on deck chairs from which you can enjoy the view of the beautiful Dalmatian landscape. The Dalmatian atmosphere will be provided by a small tavern with a wooden grill where you can prepare fresh Dalmatian fish. The tavern has a typical Dalmatian decoration, a combination of stone and a large wooden table with seating. Posedarje offers numerous recreational opportunities such as rafting, fishing and cycling. During your holiday you can visit the city of Zadar, but also other places nearby such as NP Paklenica, NP Plitvice, NP Krka, NP Kornati, Vrana Lake Nature Park, and places Nin, Novigrad, Pag, Starigrad, Sukosan, Bibinje and many others. Villa Loto will provide you with everything you need for a real holiday! This property may allow pets at the owner's discretion, or for a fee. Please note this property will only accept youth groups or stag/hen parties subject to payment of a refundable security deposit. A youth group at this property is one comprised of individuals aged 26 or under. If you are a youth group or a stag/hen party, you will be asked to pay the security deposit on arrival. Any sums required to repair damage caused by you to the property during your stay will be deducted from the security deposit before being returned to you.

The house is situated near Zadar and small lovely town Posedarje, however house's area was very quiet and peaceful. Bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen, living room were fantastic and the swimming pool was the best! We spent great week in this house!!! Wir waren mit sechs Freunden (alle Anfang 20) für eine Woche in der Villa Loto. Im Gegensatz zu anderen Vermietern wurden wir trotz unseres Alters toleriert. Bei anderen Villen haben wir Absagen erhalten, weil das Risiko zu hoch wäre, dass wir nicht sorgsam mit der Villa umgehen würden. Wir haben von Marijana das Vertrauen erhalten. Dafür sind wir vorab sehr dankbar und können demnach auch jüngeren Gruppen empfehlen, eine Anfrage zu stellen. Solange ihr nicht nur zum Party machen dort seid, ist das für die netten Vermieter dieser Villa kein Problem, wenn ihr noch etwas jünger seid. Für uns war es ein unvergesslicher Urlaub. Die Villa ist genau so, wie wir es uns erhofft hat. Sie liegt in hinreichender Entfernung zu anderen Häusern, sodass man auch abends noch Spaß im Pool haben kann, ist aber auch nicht so weit abgeschieden, dass man Probleme hätte, um Supermärkte zu finden (es gibt 7 Min. mit Auto einen). Die Einrichtung ist ein echter Traum - insbesondere das Poolhaus samt Kamingrill und großem Esstisch sowie die Dachterrasse waren für uns ein großes Highlights, durch die sich die Villa von anderen Unterkünften deutlich abgrenzt. Vermieterin Marijana und ihr Mann sind super freundlich und waren jederzeit sofort erreichbar. So wurde uns beispielsweise innerhalb einer halben Stunde geholfen, als wir darauf hinwiesen, dass sich ein Wespennest auf der Dachterasse befindet und sich ein Allergiker in unserer Gruppe befindet. Das einzige kleine Makel, was wir sehen, ist das WLAN. Das ist leider instabil. Insbesondere, wenn sich alle Gruppenmitglieder gleichzeitig darin befanden, war die Verbindung sehr langsam. Einen Film abends auf Netflix zu schauen, war daher leider nur erschwert möglich. Das ist ein wichtiger Hinweis für Menschen, denen das wichtig ist. Wir würden dafür einen halben Stern abziehen, können darüber aber hinwegsehen, weil man in der Villa sowieso genügend Möglichkeiten hat, um ohne WLAN Spaß zu haben.

Marijana und ihr Mann waren tolle und hilfsbereite Gastgeber!!! Das Haus inklusive der Einrichtung war der Wahnsinn!!! Alles einfach top! Die Lage war abgeschieden somit ist es gar kein Thema abends und auch nach Mitternacht noch laut zu Lachen in den Pool zu springen, etc.. Nur 9 min mit dem Auto zum kleinen „Dorfstrand“, hier über die Klippen ca. 10 min links kommt man zu einer ganz einsamen Bucht, herrlich!!! In Vinjerac kann man abends flanieren und auch gut essen gehen (ebenso nur ein paar Minuten mit dem Auto entfernt). Wenn ich mir ein Ferienhaus kaufen würde, dann wäre dieses Haus eine perfekte Vorlage.

Unterkunft zum Wohlfühlen
Wir haben mit 6 Personen ( alle um die 70 Jahre alt) Mitte September eine traumhafte Woche in der Villa Loto verbracht! Das Haus ließ keine Wünsche offen, hier ist an alles gedacht! Jedes Zimmer mit eigenem, modernem Bad, eine perfekt ausgestattete Küche, ein Spieleraum im Keller und natürlich der schöne Pool! Wer möchte kann in einem extra Kaminraum grillen, super! Am meisten haben wir die Dachterrasse genossen, hier wird Urlaub bei Sonnenuntergang mit einem Drink perfekt! Eine herzliche Begrüßung und Einweisung durch die Eigentümer und die ständige Bereitschaft per WhatsApp auf Fragen zu antworten war großartig und erleichternd für uns! Obwohl die Villa in ländlichem, bergigem Bereich liegt, gibt es in dem kleinen Dorf einen Supermarkt, in dem man alles Nötige bekommt! Wir können die Villa und einen Urlaub in dieser Gegend nur empfehlen!

Einfach traumhaft!
Wir waren von Ende August bis Anfang September zwei Wochen in der Villa. Die Villa ist traumhaft, sie ist einfach perfekt durchdacht. Es gibt z.B. in der Küche und im Poolhaus jeweils einen Geschirrspüler und einen Kühlschrank. Auch mehr als genug Geschirr, Besteck und Gläser sind vorhanden. An sonstigen Küchenutensilien (Töpfe, Pfannen, Bretter, Untersetzer, Tabletts, Mixer, Kaffeemaschine, usw.) wurde auch gedacht - es fehlt nichts. Der Keller ist ein Traum für Klein und Groß… Dart, Kicker, Tischtennis und draußen ein Trampolin. Die Villa ist sehr ruhig gelegen, mit einer mega Aussicht - super zum entspannen. Ein paar Minuten Autofahrt entfernt gibt’s eine super schöne kleine Bucht am Meer, ruhig und tolles Wasser. Man ist aber auch in ca. 30 Minuten jeweils auf Pag, in Nin oder in Zadar, alles können wir empfehlen. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir noch die Vermieter. Super freundlich, hilfsbereit und immer erreichbar, wenn man eine Frage hat. Vielen Dank - wir werden definitiv wieder kommen.

Wunderschöne Villa mit Top-Ausstattung! Wir besuchten die Villa in dieser schönen, ländlichen Umgebung Anfang August und haben unsere Wahl keine Sekunde bereut. Von einem äußerst herzlichen Empfang durch die Vermieter, bis hin zu unserer Abreise konnten wir jeden Tag genießen. Das Haus ist super eingerichtet, sehr sauber gehalten und bestens ausgestattet. Der Pool ist ein Traum und das separate Grillhaus sowie die Dachterrasse bieten tolle Möglichkeit für gemütliche Abende und Nächte. Jedes Zimmer verfügt über eine eigene Klimaanlage und die Badezimmer glänzen durch moderne Ausstattung und Sauberkeit. Wir hatten eine wunderschöne und erholsame Woche und können die Villa Loto mit gutem Gewissen weiterempfehlen!

My 9 friends and I stayed 7 days in the Villa Loto for our summer holiday. We had there a very good time. The booking was very easy and the host Marijana very courtesy. The permission of the Villa was also great: every room has a air conditioning, there are lots of kitchen equipment and it Was very clean. I am sure we come back again.

Wir waren zu sechst für eine Woche in Slivnica und haben es nicht bereut, diese Villa für unseren Urlaub gewählt zu haben. Das Haus ist perfekt ausgestattet (bspw. 2 Spülmaschinen) und ist sehr sauber und gepflegt. Unser persönliches Highlight war die Dachterrasse, von welcher aus man den Sonnenuntergang und sogar das Meer bestaunen konnte. Auch die Vermieter waren sehr zuvorkommend und bei Problemen/Fragen immer per Whatsapp zu erreichen.

The sea is only a few minutes away (cars necessary). The island of Pag also offers some nice beaches. Zadar is about half an hour away. Again, we really did enjoy our 10 days at Villa Loto. There is absolutely no negative point!

It was amazing time in Villa Loto for our family. The house was very modern and comfortable. We felt there like at home. The house is situated near Zadar and small lovely town Posedarje, however house's area was very quiet and peaceful. Bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen, living room were fantastic and the swimming pool was the best! We spent great week in this house!!! And the most important thing- the owners were very nice, helpful and welcoming. Thank them very much!!! We hope to come back there soon!!! We sincerely recommend this lovely villa!
