The villa is ideal for dream weddings and intimate ceremonies! When choosing Villa Lou-Sophie you choose an entirely private location with a pool, 5 bedrooms, 6 bathrooms, your own and a private garden. This luxurious, unique villa is only a few kilometres east of the Istrian town of Porec and its beaches. While being close to the main attractions, at the same time staying at Villa Lou-Sophie guarantees you absolutely privacy. Your own escape paradise! The stunningly designed luxury rental property is surrounded by a lush Mediterranean garden of 30,000 m2, and a 100 m2 swimming pool with the sunbathing area. Next to the pool there is a barbecue area equipped with all cooking and other utensils where you and your guests can enjoy quite dinners. The covered front porch can sit up to 14 people. Beautiful lighting helps create an incredibly romantic atmosphere when spending the evening by the pool. The pool is not heated in June, July and August.

We were looking for some quiet place, this villa was ideal for our needs and again so close to the sea, which is fantastic! Einfach nur spektakulär!!!
Unser Aufenthalt in der Villa Lou-Sophie war einfach nur der Wahnsinn. 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼 Das Haus ist unglaublich groß (1000 qm Wohnfläche), man kann es sich gar nicht vorstellen. Die Einrichtung drinnen und draußen war perfekt. Wir waren über Ostern dort und obwohl es noch zu kalt war, um den riesigen Infinity-Pool zu benutzen, wissen wir, dass es im Sommer ein absolutes Highlight sein wird. Wir konnten die Liegen um den Pool rum nutzen und es war einfach nur ein Traum. Es gibt auch ein Poolhaus mit Bar und extra Amerikanischem Kühlschrank für Getränke und vieles mehr. Das extra Zimmer mit Grill und Steinofen haben wir auch genutzt. Eine Tischtennisplatte und Billardtisch sorgten für viel Spaß und Unterhaltung. Die Küche ist ebenfalls richtig groß und gut ausgestattet. Einmal fiel in manchen Bereichen des Hauses der Strom aus, da wir aufgrund des kalten Wetters Wirkich viel heizen mussten. War aber nicht weiter schlimm, weil die Besitzerin Yvona innerhalb von 10 Minuten da war und hat alles schnell und professionell geregelt hat. Insgesamt war Yvona sehr hilfsbereit und super sympathisch und hat uns bei allen Fragen schnell geholfen. Die Anfahrt zur Villa geht über einen langen Kiesweg, man ist wirklich abgeschottet von allen anderen, was uns gut gefallen hat. Und trotzdem ist man in nur 10 Minuten in Poreč. Alles in allem ist die Villa Lou-Sophie eine außergewöhnliche Unterkunft auf einem riesigen Grundstück (so weit das Auge reicht), die wir als Großfamilie gerne wieder besuchen würden. Auch für eine Gruppe von Freunden mit 5 Paaren oder ähnlichem ist die Villa sehr gut geeignet. Top, 5 Sterne!!

Wir haben es einfach nur geliebt. Das Haus ist genauso wie auf den Fotos abgebildet, aber eigentlich noch schöner. Der Pool ist groß und sehr schön, man schwimmt quasi in einen Oliverhain. Rundherum nur Park, Yoga unter Eichen und ganz ruhig. Schöne Ausflugsziele sind in der Nähe. Das nächste Geschäft ist 20 Minuten zu Fuß. Yvon die Besitzerin ist hilfreich und sehr freundlich. Croatia at its best.

Wir verbrachten eine herrliche Woche in dieser riesigen und luxiuriösen Villa. Das Wetter war zu schön, um die Innenräume wirklich zu nutzen, die überdachte Veranda war unser Wohnzimmer. Obwohl es nicht so weit zum Strand ist, kann man sich eine Fahrt dorthin Dank des großen Pools eigentlich sparen. Die Villa liegt traumhaft ruhig, aber der nächste Supermarkt ist in höchstens zehn Minuten zu erreichen. Jedes der geschmackvoll eingerichteten Schlafzimmer hat einen großen Fernseher und mindestens ein Duschbad. Grill, Steinofen, Poolhaus mit Kühlschrank und Bar - was will man mehr! Hilfreich wäre ein kleines Büchlein mit Hinweisen für die Müllentsorgung, Tipps zum Essen gehen oder Ähnliches. Allerdings ist die Gastgeberin jeder Zeit bereit Auskunft zu geben. Herzlichen Dank, gerne wieder!

Traumvilla mit toller Ausstattung !
Eine Traumvilla mit wirklich toller Ausstattung ! Es bleiben keine Wünsche offen ! Wir waren zu 9 hier und waren begeistert. Die Villa liegt etwas außerhalb, deshalb ist man auf ein Auto angewiesen. Aber Einkaufs- Speise- und Bademöglichkeiten sind schnell erreichbar. Drittes kann man aber auch prima im riesigen Pool :-) (kleiner Makel, aber kein Minuspunkt - der Innenboden und die Wände müsste mal wieder gereinigt werden) Hochwertige Liegen und und Sitzmöbel im Poolbereich. Ein kleines Poolhaus mit Dusche und Toilette, Barbereich und großem Kühl- Gefrierschrank gehört ebenfalls noch dazu. Das Wetter war zu gut um Zeit im riesigen Wohnzimmer mit riesen Fernseher oder am Kamin zu verbringen. Auch die Küche ist mit allem bestückt, was man zum täglichen Leben benötigt - Besteck und Geschirr, 2 Kühlschränke, jede Menge Töpfe und Pfannen sind nur einige Beispiele. Ebenso eine klasse Einrichtung ist das BBQ Zimmer mit großem Grill und einem Steinbackofen. Da wir oft auch selber kochen, muss auch das vorhandene, professionelle Schneidewerkzeug (Profi Messer und Wetzstahl) erwähnt werden, was in anderen Häuser selten vorhanden ist. Die Zimmer sind luxuriös groß - Schlafraum mit TV und DVD, Badezimmer, Balkon und Ankleidezimmer. WLAN kostenlos - den Empfang in den Zimmern sollte man optimieren. Eines soll aber erwähnt werden: wir waren Anfang Juni hier und scheinbar zu der Zeit, wo Schwalben ihren Jungen das Fliegen beibringen. Unter dem Terrassendach sind 6 Nester, die alle belegt waren und dementsprechend herrschte auch reger Flugverkehr um und über dem großen Terrassentisch. Leider nervte dies im Laufe der Zeit sehr, da die Vögel auch den Boden, den Tisch und teilweise auch uns mit ihren "Hinterlassenschaften" getroffen haben. Das sollte man ändern - natürlich ohne den Tieren zu schaden. Aber Vogelkot auf Tisch, Boden oder Klamotten muss nicht sein. Wir haben schon viele tolle Villen begucht, aber die Villa Lou - Sophie ist bisher die schönste ! Deshalb werden wir auch wiederkommen.
