Your stay in Villa L&T Nin

Villa L&T Nin is located in the small village of Grbe, just 3 km from the royal town of Nin. The town of Nin is 15 km away from the city of Zadar. In the center of Nin is an island with a diameter of 500 m, which is connected to the mainland by two bridges. Grbe and the town of Nin are the perfect destination, regardless of the age of the guests, because here everyone will find something interesting to see, such as beautiful sandy beaches as well as cafes and restaurants with delicious gastronomic offers. The modernly built and beautifully furnished villa L&T Nin offers 778 m2 of space for a maximum of 12 people to enjoy, with the first floor and the upper floor at your disposal. On the first floor there is a living room with a corner sofa, coffee table and TV, adjoining a snow-white, modern kitchen, as well as a dining room with a table for 10 people. Villa L&T Nin has 5 bedrooms, including one bedroom on the first floor with a double bed, a small balcony and a separate bathroom and a room with 3 single beds, which has its own bathroom with a shower cubicle. The remaining 3 bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and shower cubicles are upstairs, the first of which has a large terrace with two sun loungers, a coffee table and two chairs. The second bedroom upstairs has a smaller balcony, and the third room has an extra sofa for one person and a coffee table to enjoy during the day or at night. If you are coming with children, there is also a crib available in the villa so that even your youngest can have an enjoyable vacation. Luxurious refreshment is provided by a 28 m² pool, where you can relax on 8 wooden deckchairs and enjoy the sunny and hot summer days. With an outdoor charcoal barbecue, you will surely organize evening parties and on the outdoor table you can enjoy an evening with delicious cocktails. The villa is fully fenced, has a garden and is surrounded by olive trees that represent Dalmatian history and culture. The entertaining content offered is outdoor table tennis. Villa L&T Nin offers 3 private parking spaces in the yard and outside 1-2 cars can be parked next to the house. Attractions and local activities at your disposal include wine tours, an aqua park, bike rental, cycling, swimming on the beaches, sailing on the Adriatic Sea and horseback riding. Visit the aforementioned town of Nin, swim and dive into the depths of the clear sea, head to the beautiful town of Zadar and take photos at the world-famous Greeting to the Sun or listen to the melodies of the Zadar Sea Organ. Zur Begrüßung standen Teilchen und kühle Getränke bereit. Nach der langen Autofahrt haben wir uns sehr darüber gefreut :)Im Haus ist alles vorhanden, was man benötigt...vom Handmixer, Strohalmen, Spülmaschinentabs, Waschmittel und Föhn war alles vorhanden. Es gab auch 2 Parktickets für Nin, da man dort auf fast allen Parkplätzen Geld bezahlen mu......

Schon das Willkommen des sehr netten Vermieters mit kühlen Getränken und einem kleinen Gebäck hat uns sehr positiv überrascht. Auch für weitere Informationen stand er uns mit Rat und Tat zur Seite. Alles ist ganz modern, freundlich hell und wirklich komplett ausgestattet. Sogar an Ersatz Zahnbürsten etc. wurde gedacht!! Das Haus steht im Grünen, mit romantischer Aussicht und doch......

Owner surprised us with cool drinks in the fridge after our arrival, during our stay he was ready to help and checked our satisfaction for several times. Location is quiet, without touristic facilities nearby, but Nin and beaches are easily accessible with car or bike. Would be happy to return once time.

Alle Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Restaurants und das Meer sind in unmittelbarer Nähe leicht zu erreichen. Sofern wir wieder nach Nin reisen werden, ist ganz klar, dass wir wieder diese Villa buchen. La casa è molto bella, spaziosa e non manca nulla (phon, aria condizionata in ogni camera, 5 bagni… play station 😂). È dotata di una piscina pulita e molto comoda. La posizione è ottima per visitare la zona e a un’ora di macchina ci sono molte cose da vedere. Valore aggiunto il padrone di casa disponibile e cordiale.

We spent one week in this lovely house; 4 adults and 6 children. House is new, clean and spacious in quiet location. Most of the time we spent in the garden next to the lovely pool. There is a lot of space inside/outside to accommodate such a big company. Kitchen was well equipped, we used the outside grill to prepare a dinner from the fresh fishes bout in the small fish market in the Nin. It's 15 minutes by bike to get to the beach, quicker by car. Beach is sandy, ideal for families with small kids. Water was shallow and warm. Nearest shops and restaurants are in Nin.

Einfach nur sehr gut!
Wir waren Ende August - Anfang September mit der ganzen Familie im Haus und es hat allen super viel Freude bereitet. Schon das Willkommen des sehr netten Vermieters mit kühlen Getränken und einem kleinen Gebäck hat uns sehr positiv überrascht. Auch für weitere Informationen stand er uns mit Rat und Tat zur Seite. Alles ist ganz modern, freundlich hell und wirklich komplett ausgestattet. Sogar an Ersatz Zahnbürsten etc. wurde gedacht!! Das Haus steht im Grünen, mit romantischer Aussicht und doch recht nahe an Nin. Es gibt sehr viele, sehr schöne Strände in einer Entfernung von 5 - 30 min Fahrzeit. Einige davon wären auch per Rad gut zu erreichen. Der tolle Pool und die Tischtennisplatte waren ein Spaß für die ganze Familie und zum Ausruhen gibt es genügend Platz und schöne Liegen rund um den Pool. Ach ja, technisch fehlt es dem Haus an gar nichts: 4 Router, Netflix auf allen Fernsehern in allen Wohn- und Schlafräumen usw.

Zur Begrüßung standen Teilchen und kühle Getränke bereit. Nach der langen Autofahrt haben wir uns sehr darüber gefreut :)Im Haus ist alles vorhanden, was man benötigt...vom Handmixer, Strohalmen, Spülmaschinentabs, Waschmittel und Föhn war alles vorhanden. Es gab auch 2 Parktickets für Nin, da man dort auf fast allen Parkplätzen Geld bezahlen muss. Das fanden wir prima, da wir oft an den Strand gefahren sind. Der Hausverwalter und die Putzfrauen haben ihre Arbeit sehr gründlich erledigt und waren sehr freundlich. Wir empfehlen die Villa auf jeden Fall weiter!
