Located in Kožino near Zadar, villa Luca is an example of an exclusive and luxurious villa that will leave you breathless. Villa Luca is only 20 m away from the sea. In its 790 m2 it can accommodate 12 people in 7 modern bedrooms, 5 bathrooms, two equipped with massage bathtubs and 2 shower cabins, 3 fully equipped kitchens, 2 harmoniously decorated living rooms and 3 dining rooms. The whole house schedule is the basis for a dream holiday. On the ground floor you can find all the rich offerings of the villa; sauna, gym, 4x3 m indoor pool with massage nozzles, 2 toilettes, recreation room, kitchen with grill and dining room. Also, there is a garage with 2 parking spaces, 3 bedrooms, one with double bed, one double and 2 single rooms, living room, kitchen, dining room, 3 bathrooms, toilet, hallway and terrace. On the floor you can find 2 bedrooms, hallway, dining room, kitchen, living room, bathroom, toilet, 3 terraces, one with Jacuzzi and a stunning view of Zadar archipelago and islands. The 5x10m outdoor pool is in the yard of the villa surrounded by 12 sun loungers. The villa is completely enclosed with a stone wall for the guests' full privacy. Also, guests have 4 parking spaces, of which two are in the garage and two outdoors. Two barbecues, one indoor, one outdoor, are perfect for gathering a family or having fun with friends. Kožino is known for its clean sea and beaches surrounded by pine trees and Mediterranean vegetation. Nature lovers in this place will surely find their sanctuary with hospitable hosts. Nearby is the beautiful Lounge & Cocktail Bar with a beautiful beach where you can enjoy top dishes and cocktails, watching the sea and the sunset. Many luxury villas and apartments are part of this little place just 10 km away from the main city of Zadar. Its excellent location, tourist program and natural beauty make this place an indispensable holiday spot for all nature and sea lovers. Eine perfekte Unterkunft zur entspannten Entdeckung Nord-Dalmatien, wir waren mit einer befreundeten Familie in der Villa und haben jeden Tag genossen. Die Gastgeberin blieb die ganze Woche eine äußerst zuvorkommende Ansprechpartnerin. Wir werden zurückkommen.

Es war einfach Luxus pur und es ist alles perfekt eingerichtet! Frau Jane hat auch Kaffee und einige Lebensmittel eingekauft! Wir waren 11 Personen und jeder hat seinen Platz gefunden - ob im Pool, Innenpool, in der Sauna oder im Whirlpool! Wir kommen aber gerne wieder! Ein herzliches Dankeschön an Frau Jane und ihre Familie!

Beautiful villa situated in quiet location right next to the sea. The location we like a lot, that's what we prefer instead of crowdy places. We had beautiful sea wievs and sundowns from villa. It was a perfect week. The owner is very kind and helpful. Villa is full equiped, it has more than you need, so I can highly recommend this villa and also the location!

So ein exzellent ausgestattestes Haus habe ich bisher noch nicht erlebt. Von den passenden Kaffeepads bis zu einer Auswahl an verschiedenen Tees und 3 voll ausgestattete Küchen ist das Haus einfach erste Klasse. Die Kleinigkeiten, die nicht funktioniert hatten, wurden umgehend (auch am Sonntag) behoben. Kann ich jederzeit weiterempfehlen.
