Villa Lucas is located in Mastrinka, in the north of the island of Čiovo, which belongs to the city of Trogir. It is a perfect location for all those guests who want to escape from the hectic everyday life and afford a quiet and peaceful vacation enjoying complete luxury. Mastrinka is only 3.7 km away from Trogir, which is great because at the same time you are in a place without big crowds and only a few kilometers from the hustle and bustle of the city, entertainment, and the beach.
Villa Lucas was built in a modern style of construction in 2021, and guests have at their disposal 400 m2 of living space, while the total area is 600 m2. It is only 550 meters away from the nearest beach, so you will be able to refresh yourself in the clean and clear sea during the day or night. The villa can accommodate a maximum of 6 people who will be comfortably accommodated in 3 bedrooms, one of which has a double bed and the other two have two single beds.
On the upper floor, there is a modern kitchen where you can prepare meals for the whole family, and there is a dining room with a table with 4 seats, and a living room with a sofa, coffee table, and TV. The living room leads directly to the balcony where you can drink coffee or simply enjoy the view of the sea and the surrounding area.
On the outdoor terrace there is a swimming pool of 32 m2 and a depth of 1.6 m, where you will swim during the day or night, and next to it are 4 sun loungers and an outdoor shower. On the terrace there is a covered outdoor dining table for 6 people, and an outdoor barbecue on charcoal or wood.
Additional facilities at Villa Lucas include a washing machine, iron, 2 separate toilets, and one bathroom with a shower. If children come with you, you can use a feeder and a cot.
The villa has 4 private parking spaces.
Trogir is a perfect place for vacation because there is something for everyone. From interesting history to pebble beaches, this small town has just about everything and comes to life mostly during the warmer months. The weather in this area is best defined as the Mediterranean, which means that it becomes quite dry and warm during the summer. The best time to visit this city is from May to the end of September if you are planning a beach holiday. In 1997, UNESCO included the Old Town of Trogir in the World Heritage List as one of the best-preserved Romanesque-Gothic cities in Central Europe.
