In its 305 m2 villa can accommodate 10 people in 5 luxuriously furnished bedrooms, two of which are located on the ground floor of the villa. All bedrooms and living rooms have beautiful views of the city and the islands. On the ground floor of the villa there are 2 bedrooms and bathrooms equipped with a shower enclosure, a harmoniously decorated and sunbathed living room alongside a fully equipped kitchen with a dining area. On the upper floor of the villa you can find the remaining 3 modern bedrooms with bathrooms as well as another luxurious living room with dining area and kitchen space.

The special offer of the villa includes a well-equipped gym and a lovely children's playground. Furthermore, a beautiful 32 m2 pool surrounded by 10 comfortable loungers can be found in the landscaped courtyard of the villa. Guests also have an outdoor charcoal grill and 4 parking spaces at their disposal.

We were 5 juveniles from Germany on the search for an affordable, yet awesome Villa where we could stay. Truth be told, it was all but easy to find such an estate, yet very fortunately for us, we did and it was the best experience we have ever had. Under the tons and tons of different estates one could rent, this is by far the best and a miracle in terms of pricing and quality for, especially us juveniles. So mark my words when I tell you that if we were absolutely certain that this was the supreme Villa you could find anywhere on the internet in our over 7 hour search conducted by 5 people, so can be you. We were delighted at our stay and wish you all best of luck with yours. - Unless you plan on reserving for the time of our hopefully soon return. 11/10
