Your stay in Villa Lucia

Villa Lucia is located in the small town of Hlapa in the northeast of the island of Krk, the largest island on the Adriatic coast. The villa has a living area of 156 m2 on a plot of 960 m2, surrounded by lush vegetation and the scent of Mediterranean herbs, an ideal place that will give you an unforgettable vacation in a perfect, newly built villa. Nearby are the towns of Krk, Vrbnik, Baska and Punat, known for their beautiful beaches, traditionally prepared meals and first-class wines. The villa consists of three bedrooms, each room has a double bed, two bathrooms with shower, a modern kitchen with dining area and a cozy living room with fireplace for lovers of cold Mediterranean nights. Inside the villa there is a swimming pool of 25 m2, a richly decorated terrace and a barbecue where you can enjoy the treasures of the Kvarner paradise with family and friends. Pets are allowed in this accommodation at the discretion of the owner or for a fee. Please note that this accommodation does not accept youth groups or bachelor parties. A youth group at this accommodation consists of people under the age of 30. Do not book this accommodation if you are a youth group or a bachelor party, as your booking will be declined after booking, which may also be the case upon arrival at the accommodation or during your stay, and you will not receive a refund.
