Beautiful rustic Villa Luka is in a small, picturesque village Ložišća on the island of Brač and offers an unforgettable holiday for those who want to have experience real Mediterranean. With its 5 bathrooms with shower and 5 bedrooms with double beds, 2 single beds and 3 sofa beds, the house comfortably accommodates 16 guests who have enough space outside and inside the villa. Both interior and exterior are built in the traditional style of the island with high quality natural materials, wood and stone, which forms the original Dalmatian spirit. In addition to a fully equipped modern kitchen in the villa, you have another kitchen with a tavern, which has a separate fireplace and traditional wooden tables, and there is also an outside barbecue with stone table with a beautiful view of the Baroque belfry. The villa is located in a very quiet place in a peaceful environment for leisure and relaxation. The large garden offers a variety of entertainment for children and adults. The villa is located on a plot of 2000 m2, which is integrated into a hillside and is ideal for outdoor living. The 36 m2 pool is surrounded by sun loungers overlooking the beautiful surroundings of the island. The house is an excellent choice for large families who want to have the entire property for themselves. The children will enjoy the playground with artificial turf and the whole family can spend time playing table tennis or “boćanje”, a traditional sport for all ages, particularly popular in Dalmatia during lazy afternoons. If you decide to get acquainted with the magic of this place, on the list are crystal clear sea with countless beaches and coves and beautiful architecture that reflects the rich history and culture of the island. This property may allow pets at the owner's discretion, or for a fee.

We had a wonderful time at Villa Luka Brac. The hosts were super helpful at check-in and check-out, as well as helping with queries during the week and providing local recommendations. The villa itself was clean and tidy with a fine array of sporting equipment. The location was ideal for the group holiday we wanted, lots of private space within a quiet town and a couple restaurants within walking distance. We would definitely recommend to anyone with groups of around 12 to book this villa for their holiday!

Beautiful spacious unique villa
We arrived and were blown away by the outside space. A stunning view of the old village and bell tower greets you and then you see the many terraces that provide the swimming pool with shaded seating area, a boules court, a small football enclosure, a basketball hoop and small trampoline, and a table tennis. So for a family with children there is much to occupy. Then you are shown the several apartments that make up the "villa". In that respect there is a little disparity between the outside area which feels luxury. The rooms are all clean and spacious enough but it feels a little less "luxury" and more rustic. Three of the apartments have mini kitchen areas and fridges but if you are a group holidaying together then the "tavern" is the functional communal cooking space and the kitchen part is a little awkward and although well equipped with cutlery, crockery, glasses, pans etc it could do with a toaster and a bigger fridge/freezer in that space would go a long way to modernising it. The parents of the manager neighbour the site and were lovely and helpful. We would have given it 5 stars but for the lack of warning that the bell tower rings hourly till midnight, randomly during the night and then non stop for 5 minutes at 6am! this means no sleeping in or well for the holiday which is a down side despite the towers beauty. We also unfortunately had some hot water issues and a drainage smell issue which also detracted from the 5 stars. It is a beautiful location, short drives to pretty towns and turquoise bays so much to offer on Brač. We had a great holiday as a group of 9. Our 8 year olds says "I really liked the place area by the pool that has seats because the cat usually visited us there and the house was astonishing"
