Your stay in Villa Lumi

The beautiful Lumi Villa is located not far from the city of Zadar and is an excellent choice for a pleasant family holiday on the Adriatic coast. A stylish design and luxurious interior are the main features of this home. This newly built house consists of ground floor and first floor - on the spacious, open plan ground floor there is a fully equipped kitchen, a cosy living room and a dining room with 10 chairs. On the ground floor there is also a bedroom with a double bed and an ensuite bathroom, an entertainment room and a separate toilet. On the first floor there are 3 more bedrooms with comfortable double beds and ensuite bathrooms. Regarding entertainment, the villa offers billiards, table football, darts and PlayStation 4. Kids will have fun playing on the slides, swings and in sandboxes. All the rooms are air-conditioned and covered by wireless internet. On a 6000 m2 plot there is a heated pool of 40 m2 surrounded by 6 sun loungers where you can relax and lounge. The outdoor grill charcoal will certainly be used to prepare delicious dishes and lovely dinners with family and friends. There are also 3 parking spaces available. Murvica is a small village not far from Zadar and an excellent starting point for enjoying beautiful Dalmatia - you can enjoy the charms of national parks such as Paklenica, Plitvice lakes and Kornati. The first beach is only 8 kilometres from the house, and in Zadar and its surroundings we believe that you will find your favourite coves and places to relax. Beautiful Nin town is waiting for you with sandy beaches, healing mud and a windsurfing centre. Zadar is a city rich in cultural attractions as well as numerous quality restaurants. Villa Lumi, surrounded by aromatic Mediterranean greenery is a great choice because it offers peace and privacy, while at the same time offers the availability of numerous beaches and sights that will complement your holiday. Please note this property does not accept youth groups or stag/hen parties. A youth group at this property is one comprised of individuals aged 30 or under. Do not book this property if you are a youth group or a stag/hen party, as your booking will be rejected post-booking, which may include on arrival at the property or during your stay and you will not be refunded.

Nedavno smo bili na odmoru u Villi Lumi. Što reći? Oduševljeni smo! Vila je nova, jako lijepa i čista. Nalazi se na mirnoj lokaciji i velikoj parceli pa je privatnost zagarantirana. Domaćini Vedran i Ivana su predivni! Na sve naše upite vezane za vilu, a i izvan nje reagiraju odmah. Doslovno za sve! Potpuno su posvećeni svojim gostima. Jako smo se lijepo proveli u ovoj vili i u druženju sa njenim domaćinima. Vidimo se svakako i iduće godine! Vedrane i Ivana, hvala Vam! Tomis......

Super Zeit mit Freunden und Kind
Super Zeit mit unseren Freunden und unserem Sohn. Wir hatten eine tolle Woche in einer sehr sauberen und großen Villa. Jedes Zimmer hat sein eigenes Bad, so dass es optimal für große Gruppen ist. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Highlight für unsere Gruppe war die sonnige Terrasse, der beheizbare Pool und der Sportplatz. Auch für unseren Sohn (1.5 Jahre) war der Spielplatz super. Der Vermieter und seine Familie sind sehr nett, stehehn für Fragen jederzeit bereit und sind sehr zuvorkommend. Wir kommen wieder…

Ich kann den ganzen Bewertungen wo schon geschrieben worden sind zu 100% zustimmen. Hier stimmt wirklich alles und man fühlt sich sofort wohl. Die Villa Lumi ist eine wunderschöne Villa. Die Ausstattung ist wirklich hervorragend und es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Die Betten sind in allen Zimmern sehr bequem, alles ist neu und funktioniert einwandfrei. Der Besitzer ist sehr nett und sehr zuvorkommend. Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt und würden jederzeit wieder in der Villa Lumi Urlaub machen.

Perfekter Urlaub!
Eine perfekte Urlaubswoche mit Familie konnten wir durch die wundervolle Villa erleben, da an nichts gefehlt hat! - In allen Zimmern Smart TV, Klimaanlage, Boxspringbett, Beistellbetten für die Kleinen (vielen Dank!), vollausgestattetes Badezimmer und alles zusammen modern eingerichtet! Küche komplett ausgestattet mit Eiswürfel- & Kaffeemaschine, zudem mit Gewürzen &&& ... Bilder sind wie abgebildet identisch - aber was für uns überraschend das Beste war, war das Fussballfeld (inkl. Basketballkorb) welches Abends beleuchtet war! Hat den Abend perfekt gemacht, für die Kinder als auch für uns Erwachsene! Vielen Dank nochmals an den Hausherren - wir waren rundum glücklich und danken dir nochmals, uns so umsorgt zu haben !

Tolle Luxusvilla nahe Zadar
Die Villa ist sehr großzügig, neu und sehr sauber. Durch die verkehrstechnisch gute Lage ist man schnell an den verschiedenen schönen Strände um Zadar. Auch die umliegenden Sehenswürdigkeiten (Nin, Altstadt von Zadar usw.) sind schnell erreicht. Der Eigentümer ist sehr höflich, hilfsbereit und gibt gerne gute Tipps (Strände und Restaurants). Die Villa ist sehr zu empfehlen!

Ein Haus das seinesgleichen sucht!!!
Wir waren schon in vielen Ferienhäusern, aber das ist absolut empfehlenswert. Es fehlt an nichts!! Tolle Ausstattung und wunderschönes Ambiente. Die Schlafzimmer modern eingerichtet. Jedes Schlafzimmer mit Boxspringbett & eigenem Bad. Außerdem Fernseher mit Smart TV. Die Vorhänge verdunkeln komplett. Die Küche ist der Mittelpunkt im EG. Tolle Kochinsel mit Weinkühlschrank. Auch eine vollautomatisierte Eiswürfelmaschine ist vorhanden. Das Geschirr ist richtig schön. Eine große Auswahl an Gläsern ist vorhanden. Der Außenbereich ist atemberaubend. Schöner Pool, der mit 4 Stufen versehen ist. Wassertiefe ist perfekt. Der Pool war sehr sauber. Vedran (der Vermieter) kam jeden zweiten Tag früh morgens und hat den Pool gereinigt. Hier noch ein riesen Dankeschön für die tolle Betreuung vor Ort. Vedran war jederzeit erreichbar und hat uns sehr gute Tipps gegeben (Restaurant, Fisch kaufen usw.) Wir haben frischen Fisch und Olivenöl geschenkt bekommen. Das Olivenöl ist so so lecker... da haben wir gleich noch welches für zu Hause gekauft. Die Möbel im Außenbereich sind modern und hochwertig. Wir haben uns einfach richtig wohl gefühlt. Der Sportplatz ist mit Flutlicht - somit konnten wir auch spät abends noch spielen. Was noch hervorzuheben ist - die Beleuchtung im Pool und auch die indirekte Beleuchtung am Haus, sowie die Strahler an den Bäumen sind perfekt aufeinander abgestimmt und werden automatisch per Zeitschaltuhr gesteuert. Wirklich ein Traum!! Wir kommen gerne wieder!!!

Wunderschöne Villa!
Die Villa ist wunderschön. Sie ist sehr groß und hat genug Platz für alles. Das Grundstück ist riesig! Wir hatten mit der Familie eine wunderschöne Woche in Kroatien. Die Villa ist mit allem sehr gut ausgestattet, es hat an nichts gefehlt. Der Eigentümer war sehr nett und immer erreichbar. Wir wurden sehr gut empfangen. Die Villa ist wirklich weiter zu empfehlen - man hat Ruhe, kann sich richtig entspannen und die schöne Aussicht genießen! Vielen Dank! Auf jeden Fall mehr als fünf Sterne wert!!!

Perfekter Urlaub!
Die Villa Lumi lässt keine Wünsche offen. Das Haus ist perfekt ausgestattet und sehr modern. Wir waren mit 3 Familien dort und es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Der Besitzer ist sehr engagiert und um das Wohl seiner Gäste bemüht. Er hat sich sehr gut um uns gekümmert und alles bestens organisiert! Wir können die Villa Lumi sehr empfehlen und danken Vedran nochmals für die tolle Zeit!

Wir durften 2 Wochen in dieser wundervollen Villa verbringen und waren sofort begeistert als wir angekommen sind. Es fehlt wirklich an nichts. Am Pool entspannen oder ein Tischtennis Match zwischendurch. Ins Zentrum Zadar ist man in ca. 15-20min mit dem Auto was vollkommen okay ist. Wir können die Villa nur Empfehlen.

Die Villa Lumi ist einfach ein Traum und wunderschön. Wir waren mit unseren Hund dort und er hatte den Auslauf seines Lebens. Der Garten ist riesengroß und eingezeunt. Wenn jemand Ruhe ohne Hektik in der Natur verbringen will, ist hier genau richtig. Der Besitzer und die Schwester sind sehr freundlich und stehen jederzeit zur Verfügung. Die Villa selbst ist wunderschön. Die angeführten Bilder entsprechen der Wirklichkeit und die Villa sieht 1:1 so aus. Der Pool wie auch alles andere ist in einem Top Zustand. Hier kann man nichts bemängeln. Es war einfach ein Traum. Wir werden bestimmt wieder kommen. 👍😉

Einen super Strand fanden wir bei Vrsi was max 30 Minuten weit weg ist. Einen Besuch im Fun Park Biograd mit den Kindern ( 2 und 6 Jahre alt) kann man auch empfehlen. Für beide gab es hier jede Menge Fahrgeschäfte. Der Gastgeber war immer per WhatsApp erreichbar und hat uns gute Tips für Restaurants etc gegeben! Alles ist mit viel Liebe eingerichtet und man merkt dass das Wohlergehen der Gäste hier an erster Stelle steht! Ein Auto ist allerdings unbedingt zu empfehlen auch wenn ein kleiner Supermarkt Fußläufig in 10 Minuten erreichbar ist. Schön wäre es wenn der Spielplatz mit Kunstraßen statt Steinen ausgelegt werden würde aber bis auf diese Kleinigkeit war alles perfekt und daher voll zu empfehlen! Wir bedanken uns herzlich bei unseren Gastgebern und freuen uns auf den nächsten Urlaub in dieser Traumvilla!
