In the picturesque tourist village Zaton you can find modern and luxurious Villa Maestral. Surrounded by the beautiful beaches of Zaton and its surroundings, Villa Maestral is a perfect place for all guests who want to get to know the historical heritage of this region and spend their holiday along the seashore. Modern Villa Maestral in its 130m2 can accommodate 8 people. On the upper floor you can find 3 luxuriously decorated bedrooms with double beds. Also 2 rooms share a bathroom while 1 room upstairs has its own bathroom. The villa has 3 bathrooms equipped with shower cabins, two upstairs and one on the ground floor including a sauna. On the ground floor you can find a harmonious and modernly decorated living room, a comfortable sofa that can also use as sleeps for 2 people, Television and PlayStation 4. For a meal with family or friends you have fully equipped kitchen and dining room. In the yard of the villa you can find a beautiful pool of size 6x3 and 145cm depth surrounded by 4 sun loungers and 180 cm high walls ensuring privacy for our guests. There are also 4 parking spaces available, and darts on the special offer of the villa including the Pool, PS4, Sauna. The town of Zaton is a well-known tourist spot in the Zadar area. The villa is only 1500 m away from the beautiful pebble beach in the village. Except pebble beaches, just a few kilometres away in Nin and Privlaka you can enjoy the beautiful sandy beaches and the crystal-clear sea of this region. The place is rich in summer programme, authentic gastronomic offers and historical heritage. In the immediate vicinity is the oldest Croatian royal town of Nin, the tourist centre of Island Vir and the village of Privlaka, which will delight you with their unique offer. Complete your holiday with quality ambience and spoil yourself in the luxury of Villa Maestral. *Pool is not in function in period from 01.10.-01.05. This property may allow pets at the owner's discretion, or for a fee.

Nothing was missing - even the fridge was filled with wine, water, watermelon and juice and our hosts provided us a lovely fruit basket. The pool was just wonderful! Francisca and her family were very welcoming, friendly and helpful hosts and gave us recommendations for beaches nearby. The communication with them was always fast, friendly and uncomplicated. Great place to stay - we would definitely choose this Airbnb again for our next trip to Croatia! P.S.: Thanks for having us and all the best for the future :) !

Wir waren 7 Personen in der Unterkunft und hatten eine super Zeit. Ausreichend Platz war durch die 3 Schlafzimmer und der Schlafcouch im Wohnzimmer gegeben. Die Villa ist sehr modern eingerichtet und von Außen sehr luxuriös. Die Beschreibung und die Bilder treffen also auf jeden Fall ganz genau so zu. Zur Gastgeberin hatten wir regelmäßigen und unkomplizierten Kontakt via (Hidden by Airbnb) . Tolle Tipps von ihr verschönerten unseren Trip sehr. Die Altstadt Zadar ist mit dem Auto ca. 15 Minuten entfernt. Die Fahrzeit an das nah gelegene Meer Betrug ca. 5 Minuten. Wir würden jederzeit wieder bei Croatia Luxury Rent buchen. Die Unterkunft ist absolut weiterzuempfehlen! Viel Spaß!
