Luxurious and newly built Villa Mara is located in Zaton near Zadar, only 50 m away from the sea. The house is a perfect for all guests who want to spend their holiday on the beautiful sandy beaches of Zaton whilst enjoying the rich gastronomic offer, summer program and historical heritage of the region. This luxurious villa Mara provides accommodation for a total of 6+2 guests in 3 comfortable bedrooms and 3 bathrooms equipped with shower cabins. Each bedroom features a SAT-TV. One of the bedrooms is also equipped a massage bathtub, adding to the luxurious feel of the interior. On the ground floor there is a fully equipped kitchen with a dining room and a living room for family gatherings or relaxing with friends, equipped with SAT-TV and Surround system. The yard, fully fenced by grove and stone, features a beautiful, heated pool (35m2) surrounded by 8 sun loungers. The offer of the house includes a children's playground for the youngest guests, an outdoor grill as well as an outdoor jacuzzi and sauna for your maximum comfort. Private parking under video surveillance for three cars is also included in the luxurious offer of the villa. As a special offer you have a boat rental service at a special price. Experience the gorgeous sandy beaches, experience the rich historical and cultural heritage of Zaton, the oldest Croatian town of Nin, Privlaka, Vrsi and the Island of Vir, each of which will delight you with its own unique offer. Excellent villa in lovely location
We really loved this villa. It is beautifully maintained, very clean, and is in a quiet location close to the sea and a small beach. The living areas, bedrooms and bathrooms are very well equipped and the other villa facilities are great - there is an outdoor hot tub, the pool is heated, there is a sauna, table football, bicycles, and even a dart board. The manager is also very helpful. We definitely recommend this villa.

Beautiful villa, quiet and private location yet very close to the beach. Spotless clean, modern, new, everything functioning (not a single light bulb was out), perfect layout in and out. Heated pool and hot tub made a stay wonderful even in mid-November. Highly recommended.

Tolles Haus in ruhiger Lage
Alles top gepflegt und sauber, wie auf den Fotos ersichtlich. Die Vermieter waren sehr freundlich und bei jeder Frage/Problem hilfsbereit. Ganz kurzer Weg zum Strand bzw. Liegeplatz, aufgrund der 6 Fahrräder auch alles im Ort super schnell und unkompliziert zu erreichen.
