Beautiful Villa Mareta is located in Ljuba?ki Stanovi, only 15 km from the city of Zadar. What this place selflessly offers you is the rural atmosphere, peace and quiet, carefree swimming on large sandy beaches, close to the main tourist centers and national parks. Guests who visit this place every year are always looking for a quiet vacation, where they can relax body and mind together with their family or a group of their best friends. If you want to afford such a thing, Villa Mareta is the right choice for you! Villa Mareta was built in 2020 in modern architectural style and offers guests 150 m2 of living space, while the total area of the property is 1200 m2. The distance to the nearest sea is 800 m, which means that in the shortest possible time you will be able to reach the sandy beach, where the older and younger generation of guests can pleasantly refresh themselves. You will have the opportunity to dive, swim or just sunbathe, enjoying the warm rays of the sun while reading your favorite book. The villa is fully air-conditioned and can accommodate a maximum of 8 people, optimally 6. Moreover, this villa is located on the first floor, where you will be comfortably accommodated in 3 bedrooms with double beds. Two rooms have private bathroom with shower and the villa has a normal bathroom with bath and shower. On the first floor there is also a laundry room with washing machine, dryer and iron. If children are coming on vacation with you, there is a food dispenser and a baby crib available. In the spacious living room you can relax on the couch, next to it is a dining room with a dining table that seats 8. There is also a kitchen equipped with everything you need to prepare delicious meals for the whole family. The kitchen also has a bar with two bar stools. The villa offers sea view from the living room, dining room and one bedroom. You will surely spend most of your time on the outdoor terrace thanks to the 32 m2 pool and 1.5 m depth. As an additional feature, the pool has massage jets and next to it you can sunbathe on 4 sunbeds. On the terrace there is a pergola-covered lounge area with seating garden furniture, there is also a covered outdoor dining table and a barbecue on charcoal or wood. The courtyard of the villa is beautifully decorated and there is a lot of greenery and olive trees, which are a symbol of Dalmatia and from which delicious olive oil is extracted. Moreover, the yard is completely fenced and children can play badminton. Inside the yard there are three private parking spaces, while outside there are two more. The inhabitants of Ljuba?ki Stanovi are engaged in agriculture, and recently olive growing and viticulture have become the basis of the industry, along with fishing. Here you can taste delicious seafood and land that is ecologically clean. You will also enjoy summer evening walks accompanied by a fresh mistral that blows daily from the rocky island of Pag. Ivana is the soul of the house, always ready with help and advice and Frane who supported boat rentals and kept us equipped with watermelons and figs from their own garden. Highly recommended!

Das Haus ist ein absoluter Traum. Es ist wunderschön eingerichtet, wirklich alle alltägliche Dinge sind im Haus untergebracht und die Lage ist einfach traumhaft schön. Es sind zwei Kollegen Häfen fussläufig zu erreichen. Ein Sandstrand, der Voralpen für Kinder ein absoluter Traum ist, liegt gleich um die Ecke und es ist alles nicht so überlaufen, wie in vielen anderen Ecken. Das Haus selbst, wird von einem tollen Pärchen vermietet, welches bei allen Dingen mehr als nur hilfsbereit ist. Sie haben uns liebevoll empfangen, mit leckeren Obst und selbst gemachten Olivenöl. Auch haben Sie uns geholfen, ein tolles Boot zu mieten und auch, bei Problemen durch einem kleinen Unfall, haben sie alles erdenkliche getan, um uns zu helfen. In der Gegend gibt es einfach unglaublich viel zu entdecken. Von der Insel Pag bis zu Zadar. Alles ist schnell erreicht. Für uns war es ein absoluter Traumurlaub und wir werden bestimmt wieder kommen.
