Beautiful Villa Mareta is located in Ljubački Stanovi, only 15 km from the city of Zadar. What this place selflessly offers you are the rural ambiance, peace, and quiet, carefree swimming on large sandy beaches, close to major tourist centers and national parks. Guests who visit this place every year are always looking for a peaceful vacation where they rest their body and soul together with their family or a group of best friends. Villa Mareta was built in 2020 with a modern style of construction, offering guests 150 m2 of living space, while the total area of the property is 1200 m2. It is 800 m away from the nearest sea, which means that you will have the opportunity in a very short period of time to reach the sandy beach where the older and younger generation of guests will be pleasantly refreshed. You have the opportunity to dive, swim or simply sunbathe by soaking up the warm rays of the sun while reading your favorite reading material.

The villa is fully air conditioned, and can accommodate a maximum of 8 and optimally 6 people, also this villa is a ground floor where you will be comfortably accommodated in 3 bedrooms with double beds. Two rooms have en suite bathrooms with showers, and the villa has one ordinary bathroom with bath and shower. On the ground floor there is also a laundry room which includes a washing machine, dryer and iron. If children are coming on holiday together with you, a feeder and a baby cot are at your disposal.

In the spacious living room you can relax on the couch, next to it there is a dining room with a dining table with 8 seats. There is also a kitchen equipped with everything needed to prepare delicious meals for the whole family. The kitchen also has a bar with two bar seats.

The villa has a sea view from the living room, dining room, and one bedroom. On the outdoor terrace, you will surely spend most of your time thanks to the pool of 32 m2 and a depth of 1.5 m. The pool, as an additional function, has massage jets, and next to it you can sunbathe on 4 sun loungers. On the terrace, there is a pergola-covered lounge area with sitting garden furniture, and there is also a covered outdoor dining table and barbecue on charcoal or wood.

The yard of the villa is beautifully decorated and there is a lot of greenery and olive trees that are a symbol of Dalmatia and from which delicious olive oil is obtained. Also, the yard is fully fenced and children can play badminton.

Inside the yard, there are 3 private parking spaces, while outside it there are two more.

The inhabitants of Ljubački Stanovi are engaged in agriculture, and recently olive growing and viticulture, along with fishing, have become the foundation of the branch. Here you can try delicious seafood and land, which are ecologically clean. You will also enjoy summer evening walks that will be accompanied by a fresh mistral that blows daily from the rocky Pag.
