Your stay in Villa Margo

Luxury Villa Margo is located in Šmrika, only 14 km from the town of Crikvenica. This beautiful villa will provide you with the much-needed peace and holiday you deserve, and thanks to its interesting interior you will enjoy a perfect oasis worthy of kings. With its 325 m2 of living space, Villa Margo offers comfortable accommodation for a maximum of 10 people. It consists of ground floor, first and second floor. On the ground floor you will be delighted by the spacious living room which has a sofa, TV, two armchairs and two stools. Next to the living room there is a dining room with a dining table for 10 people, and there is a fully equipped modern kitchen where you will find everything you will need to prepare your favourite dishes. Upstairs are 3 double bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms with a bathtub. What will especially delight you is the separate room where billiards is located, and next to it there is a small bar where you can have a drink with a group of friends and play one of the most famous games. On the second floor you will be greeted by 2 more bedrooms with double beds which include two ensuite bathrooms with shower. Additional amenities include a washing machine, dryer and iron. If children come with you, you can also use two cots (65x125) and a feeder. Also, the villa has one separate toilet. On the outdoor terrace you will be able to refresh yourself in a heated pool of 35 m2 and a depth of 1.35 m. You will be able to sunbathe on 10 deck chairs which will be an ideal place to read your favourite books. On the outdoor grill, which is on charcoal or wood, you will prepare delicious traditional dishes that will delight you, and you will be able to taste them on the outdoor dining table with 10 seats. If you are a fan of photography or just like to enjoy a glass of fine wine while watching the beautiful sunset, then you are in the right place because Villa Margo will allow you to do just that. From its terraces where there are deck chairs and a sitting set with a table, you will have a view of the beautiful untouched nature and the endless sea. The most perfect part of Villa Margo is the room where there is a jacuzzi, sauna and several basic exercise equipment. Fun content that will delight both young and old are badminton, a yard and a field volleyball court. Villa Margo offers 4 private parking spaces within its own courtyard. Attractions and local activities that are sure to interest you are wine tours where you will be able to try delicious Istrian wines such as Merlot, Pinot Noir and Cabernet Sauvignon; water sports, paragliding and go-kart that will delight your children, exploring historical sights and cities, olive oil tours, golf and other entertainment content offered to you. Šmrika is located 25 km from Opatija and 15 km from the city of Rijeka, which means that you have many locations to visit, places where you can take photos and take with you beautiful memories. Also, don't forget to try delicious dishes in some of the famous Istrian restaurants and taverns. What a wonderful place and what a kind owner! Mario spent us a very warm welcome and gave top tipps for restaurants etc. The villa is well equipped and technical up to date. Air condition, top kitchen with everything you need. Towels also for the pool. The living area is great with top light design. The place is quite, the pool well heated, barbeque an sitting outside well furnished. We had a wonderful time with 6 adults. Thanks again to Mario!

A Perfect Place to Relax
We spent four weeks in the house and had a great experience. The place is comfortable, spacious, and luxurious. It has a beautiful view of the whole Kvarner bay and is located in a quiet and safe neighborhood. The owner was always friendly and available to help us with anything that came up. The house has all amenities, including five bedrooms with private bathrooms, and a large living area with a dining table overlooking the sea. The kitchen has all the necessary appliances and utensils for cooking. The courtyard also has an outdoor grill with an outdoor dining area. The pool is big enough and it is heated. Our favorite place to relax was the outdoor fireplace with a cozy seating sofa. The wellness and sports floor is modern and perfect for private minutes. The whole place is especially good for people with allergies, as no pets are allowed here. You will love this house! Our family had a fantastic time there. It's spacious and filled with perfect lighting—and very comfortable, too. You'll find it big enough to enjoy some quiet moments or get together in the common areas if you want!

Perfect house, absolutely fabulous
We stayed 2 weeks in the wonderfull Villa Margo with 8 persons. Villa Margo offers everything you need for a perfect holiday. Tasteful design, very high quality appliances, a lot of space, top-quality furniture, perfect music installation, quality indoor and outdoor furniture and ... the perfect host/owner Mario. He really wanted his guests to have a perfect time, was very nice, discrete, helpfull and brought doughnuts :-) What more can you wish for. We dindn't feel like we were in a rental, but it felt like a real house: everything was available in abundancy, and Mario made sure we didn't miss out anything: charcoal, coffee, wine, dishwasher/washing machine pads, ... A huge contrast to the less luxurious rentals were they leave you 1 dishwasher pad, some salt and a handfull of charcoal :-) An absolute recommendation!

But let me tell you, there are a few reviews worth my time writing and this one I feel obligated to write as this house and the owner exceeded our expectations. The house is breath taking from every aspect. The inside is impeccable and very high tech. Every detail of this house was carefully designed and thought out. The owner would go out of his way to help us with everything we have ever asked for. He delivered fresher baked goods every other day and his response to my text messaging was almost immediate. The pool, the back yard, and the surround sound was incredible. The access to the house on the small bumpy road wasn’t ideal but like I said the house was incredible. Thank you Mario for the amazing stay!
