The charming Villa Mario is located in Povlja on the island of Brač. This typical Dalmatian settlement is an ideal choice for anyone who wants to take a breather from the busy everyday life, enjoying the quiet and relaxing summer atmosphere in the company of family and friends. The lovely stone villa will delight you both with its exterior and interior. Special attention was paid to detail greatly contributing the specific charm of the house. With a living space of 90m2, the villa features 3 bedrooms, one of which is equipped with a double bed whereas the other two have 2 separate single beds which can be brought together if necessary. All bedrooms are also equipped with a SAT TV. The guests of the villa have 2 bathrooms with shower enclosures at their disposal. A fully equipped kitchen with a dining area and cosy living room complete the interior offer of the villa Mario. The spacious terrace with a comfortable outdoor seating area and sun loungers offers a beautiful view of the sea. A separate smaller house has another bedroom equipped with two single beds, a small kitchen, a bathroom with shower and a SAT TV which makes the villa Mario ideal for 6 + 2 guests. Free Wi-Fi signal is available throughout the property. The 6000 m2 large plot features a lovely private swimming pool where you can enjoy a refreshing swim in the privacy ensured by the fully fenced property. You can also prepare fresh meals on the lovely outdoor barbecue. The property offers 4 private parking spaces. If you choose to stay at the charming villa Mario on the island of Brač, which boasts the title of one of the most attractive Dalmatian islands, do not miss the opportunity to visit places such as Bol, Supetar, Milna and Sumartin, which will delight you with a rich tourist offer. One has tons of space on the property and except for olive trees, there is almost nothing right around you. The pool and the areas around it are very beautifully decorated and functional with lots of space to be outside. Great views to the mainland and onto Povlja and the water. All villages around are easy to get to......

The nearest houses are so far away that you not only have the feeling of absolute privacy, you actually experience it. The pool was perfect, the size and depth ideal for our children. The view of the mainland was inspiring. The house is in very well maintained condition we liked it throughout. Only the way from the road to the house was due to......

The nearest houses are so far away that you not only have the feeling of absolute privacy, you actually experience it. The pool was perfect, the size and depth ideal for our children. The view of the mainland was inspiring. The house is in very well maintained condition we liked it throughout. Only the way from the road to the house was due to the narrow something to get used to. We can only recommend the house as a great place to be and rest.

Great, quiet place with a beautiful view!
The 5 of us have been in Villa Mario for 2 full weeks in October'22. This has been the quietest place we've ever visited. The Villa is rather small, but very individually build. One has tons of space on the property and except for olive trees, there is almost nothing right around you. The pool and the areas around it are very beautifully decorated and functional with lots of space to be outside. Great views to the mainland and onto Povlja and the water. All villages around are easy to get too. The local host was awesome, checked in with us regularly and helped if needed (to fill up the fridge for day one). Although everything has been perfect, I would not call the house 'luxury'. It definitely only sleeps 6. If you have to spend the evening inside (October), the space in the living only really sits 4 people comfortably and the kitchen (for actual cooking) is super small. The central fireplace did not work (which would have been nice for the October nights) and the shower head fell off a couple of times. We have really enjoyed our time in Villa Mario and spend most of it outside in the garden and on the pool. We would travel to Villa Mario again and recommend it.
