Your stay in Villa Maris

In the beautiful Dalmatian town of Šibenik lies the stunning Villa Maris. Only 550 m away from the coast, the villa offers a magnificent view of the sea and islands. It is the perfect place for visitors who are looking to enjoy pristine nature and enchanting historical sights. With 175 m2 of living space, and property size of 1100 m2, contemporary villa Maris can accommodate a total of 6+2 guests in 3 comfortable sunbathed bedrooms, 2 of which provide a beautiful view of the coast. Each bedroom features an ensuite bathroom with a shower enclosure ensuring the guests with maximum level of comfort. Furthermore, one separate toilet is also available. The upper floor of the villa features 2 of the 3 bedrooms with bathrooms, while the open-plan ground floor features the remaining bedroom and bathroom alongside a modern kitchen with dining area and an inviting living room. The minimalist kitchen is fully equipped and modernly decorated. The charming dining area features 8 seats, while from the spacious living room provides a breathtaking view of the sea. The lovely, courtyard of the villa features a sizeable pool (40m2) surrounded by 8 sun loungers so all guests can comfortably bask in the sun during the day. Guests of the villa also have at their disposal an outdoor dining table and coal barbecue, a perfect way to prepare delicacies for family and friends and enjoy them outside, watching the sunset. The handsome estate is completely enclosed with a stone wall with 3 private parking spaces available. The picture-perfect town of Šibenik is one of the oldest cities in the Adriatic, known for the breathtaking Cathedral of St. Jacob Curch which belongs to the list of UNESCO World Heritage Sites. This beautiful tourist town is surrounded by several tourist places like Vodice, Primošten and Rogoznica. A visit to the surrounding islands of Zlarin and Prvić and the island of Murter is an ideal way to spend your time whilst in Šibenik. Boasting an amazing gastronomy offer, the town features the widely known Michelin-starred restaurant Pelegrini, among many others. Take a stroll through the town’s narrow streets or spend your afternoons on the beautiful beaches, swimming in the crystal-clear sea. Spice up your holiday by visiting the nearby islands or Krka National Park to discover all the beauties that Šibenik and its surroundings have to offer. This property may allow pets at the owner's discretion, or for a fee.

Just one word: perfect!! We stayed 10 days in the gorgeous Villa Maris near Šibenik and it was wonderful. Started with a warm welcome by the owner, my husband and I had everything we needed. A luxury, very cool designed house with cozy beds, all facilities (towels, kitchen equipment, candles, German television, big pool, garden with bbq, olive trees & herbs and this absolutely fantastic view). Everything is new and there are no wishes left. We'll come back for sure!!

The villa has excellent equipment (air conditioning, fully equipped kitchen, bathrooms with rain shower, multiple TVs, sound system, etc...) and is beautifully decorated. The rooms are large and very nice, the view is fantastic and the garden with pool invites you to relax. Since the garden is completely fenced, our dogs could move freely. Egemen and Monika were always there when we needed......

We could not wished for anything else. Only the availability from Saturday to Saturday is a small downside as travel......

Villa Maris
We stayed at the villa for one week and had a lovely time, the villa itself is a modern style and has been tastefully fitted and furnished. Internally and externally, it met all our expectations with a lovely pool and patio area. The local town is within walking distance with a few local shops to keep you going, some nice bars especially the little beach bar nearest the villa, and a couple of restaurants. Many more restaurants can be found in Sibenik which is a short taxi ride away. Aswell as Sibenik there are many beautiful local places (without shops) to explore! I've never known a villa with so many 'at home' facilities and provisions, you don't have to go out shopping for those items you'd expect to find in your own cupboards! Wishing we were back there, thank you for letting us use Villa Maris.

Great Amenities for pure relaxation
We spent one week with friends and dog at Villa Maris. All in all, everything was perfect. We actually spent lots of time at the villa to relax, enjoy the pool and have drinks. Kitchen equipped extremely well, nice barbecue area and outdoor dining. The villa is well designed, features very stylish and modern furniture. Beds are super comfy and baths also equipped well. We could not wished for anything else. Only the availability from Saturday to Saturday is a small downside as traveling across multiple borders on a Saturday is quite a long trip. A few new knives every once in a while or a sharpening tool would also be helpful. All in all 5+ stars and thanks for the great communication.

Wonderful Holidays at Villa Maris
We (2 people and 2 dogs) booked the villa for two weeks in June 2022. Our vacations there were wonderful! The villa has excellent equipment (air conditioning, fully equipped kitchen, bathrooms with rain shower, multiple TVs, sound system, etc...) and is beautifully decorated. The rooms are large and very nice, the view is fantastic and the garden with pool invites you to relax. Since the garden is completely fenced, our dogs could move freely. Egemen and Monika were always there when we needed something and were very friendly and always helpful. The location in Brodarica is a good starting point for excursions (Šibenik, Split, Krapanj, Primošten, Rogoznica, ...) and shopping and restaurants are only a few minutes away by car. We enjoyed the vacation very much and will definitely come back again sometime :o)
