Luxury villa Marko is located near the town of Sibenik, in the quiet town of Tribunj, which is known as a tourist center with a beautiful landscape consisting of numerous islands such as Logorun, Lukovnik, Prisnjak and Sovljak, which lie in the sea in front Tribunj. The peculiarity of Tribunj are its narrow streets and densely built houses, only 4 km from Vodice. In Villa Marko you will find a quiet and happy place for a perfect vacation, whether you come with a group of dear friends or with children. Villa Marko is built in contemporary style on 3 floors, has 350 m2 of living space and offers accommodation for a maximum of 8 guests. It is 550 m from the bright and clean sea and equally far from the nearest beach. The villa is fully air-conditioned and has 4 bedrooms with 4 double beds, and all rooms have private bathroom with shower. As additional content, the villa has a separate toilet and you can use a washing machine and an iron. The spacious living room consists of a corner sofa that serves as an extra bed for two people, a table, two stools, a TV and an electric fireplace. Near the living room there is a dining room with a dining table for 8 people. The modern kitchen offers everything you need to prepare delicious meals that you will love to cook for your family. On the outdoor terrace, a beautiful heated pool with an area of up to 93 m² and a depth of 1.2 m and 1.5 m awaits you, where you can really relax and refresh yourself on hot summer days. Other features of the pool include a waterfall and counter-swimming, next to it you can sunbathe on 10 deck chairs. For additional enjoyment on the terrace, there is a sitting area where you can drink coffee and read your favorite books. Preparing delicious meals will never be easier as you can use an outdoor gas grill. The villa is fully fenced and offers sea views from almost all rooms, which gives it uniqueness and specialness and allows you to relax and enjoy the pristine nature. Among the entertaining contents that will complete your stay at Villa Marko are table soccer, table tennis and darts. If you are a fan of active vacations, you will have the opportunity to use a stationary bike and run on a treadmill. The jacuzzi and sauna are also part of this beautiful villa, where peace and quiet are guaranteed and you can enjoy the tranquility they offer with all your senses. Inside the yard there are 4 private parking spaces, while outside there are two more. The local population of Tribunj lives mainly from agriculture, fishing and tourism. The old part of the town is located on an island connected to the mainland by a stone bridge. Among the monuments you can visit are the Church of St. Nicholas and the Venetian fortress Jurjevgrad from 1452, from which you can enjoy a beautiful panoramic view of the sea, the land and the Kornati National Park and the activities there Nearby there is a diving school, sailing, fishing and cycling. Another interesting thing about Tribunj is that when local fishermen return from the sea, the main waterfront becomes a local market for fresh seafood, fish and even crabs. Visit famous taverns and restaurants as well as surrounding towns such as ?ibenik, Vodice or Primo?ten. *Both pools (large pool and children's pool) are open from 15.05 ? 01.10.
