Luxury villa Marko is located near the town of Sibenik, in a quiet place Tribunj which is known as a tourist center with a beautiful landscape consisting of numerous islands such as Logorun, Lukovnik, Prisnjak and Sovljak, which are located in the sea in front of Tribunj. The specificity of Tribunj are its narrow streets and densely built houses, located only 4 km from Vodice. In Villa Marko you will find a quiet and happy place for a perfect vacation, whether you are coming with a group of dear friends or with children.
Villa Marko is built in a contemporary style on 3 floors and has 350 m2 of living space, and offers accommodation for a maximum of 8 guests. It is 550 m away from the bright and clean sea, and the same distance from the nearest beach. The villa is fully air conditioned and has 4 bedrooms with 4 double beds, and all rooms have en suite bathrooms with showers. As an additional content, the villa has a separate toilet, and you can use a washing machine and iron.
The spacious living room consists of a corner sofa that serves as an extra bed for two people, a table, two stools, a TV and an electric fireplace. Near the living room is a dining room with a dining table for 8 people. The modern kitchen has everything you will need to prepare delicious meals that you love to prepare for your family.
On the outdoor terrace you will be greeted by a beautiful heated pool of as much as 93 m2, depth 1.2 m and 1.5 m, where you can really relax and refresh yourself during the hot summer days. Additional functions of the pool are a waterfall and counter-swimming, and next to it you will sunbathe on 10 deck chairs. Additional enjoyment on the terrace will provide you with a sitting area where you can drink coffee and read your favorite books. Preparing delicious meals will never be easier because you can use an outdoor gas grill.
The villa is fully fenced, has a sea view from almost all its rooms, which gives it uniqueness and specificity, and allows you to relax and enjoy the untouched nature.
Fun content that will complete your stay in Villa Marko are table football, table tennis and darts. If you are a fan of active holidays, then you have the opportunity to use a stationary bike, and run on a treadmill.
The jacuzzi and sauna are also part of this beautiful villa where peace and quiet are guaranteed, and where you will be able to enjoy with all your senses the peace they provide.
Inside the yard there are 4 private parking spaces, while outside the yard there are 2 more.
The local population of Tribunj lives mainly from agriculture, fishing and tourism. The old part of town is located on an island which is connected to the mainland by a stone bridge. Monuments you can visit are the church of St. Nikola and the Turkish fortress Jurjevgrad, and local activities that are at your fingertips are diving school, sailing, fishing and cycling.
Another interesting thing about Tribunj is that when local fishermen return from the sea, then the main waterfront becomes a local market for fresh seafood, fish and even crabs. Visit famous taverns and restaurants, as well as the surrounding towns and cities such as Šibenik, Vodice or Primošten.
