Your stay in Villa Martina

Villa Martina is located in one of the most beautiful parts of Northern Dalmatia, in small place called Zaton in the vicinity of the urban center of Zadar. This beautiful villa is characterized by modern construction, luxurious decoration, isolated position, and proximity to the sea.

Accommodation capacity for a maximum of 8 people, the villa has 3 air-conditioned bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms located on the upper floor. The ground floor of the villa has a living room with an additional sofa bed for two people, a modern kitchen, dining room and an additional bathroom. On the ground floor there is a laundry room, wardrobe, and storage.

Additional facilities of the villa include a table football and fitness equipment if you want to spend your vacation in a more active atmosphere.

On the spacious covered terrace of the villa there is a beautiful, heated pool measuring 3x7 m and 1.6 m deep with additional equipment that includes LED lighting and an outdoor solar shower. Around the pool there are 4 sun loungers and 2 parasols.

The courtyard of the villa is surrounded by a wall 2 m high which provides complete isolation and enjoyment of privacy and peace. Inside the courtyard of the villa there are 2 parking spaces, and outside the courtyard there are two additional spaces.

The surroundings of Zaton offer several additional facilities that will provide a more active vacation. In addition to the beach 1 km away where you can enjoy swimming, diving, or fishing, in the nearby town of Nin, 1 km away, you will also find a beach with healing mud Peloid. Medicinal mud was used in ancient times by Cleopatra, and in Croatia it is mostly found in this area.

Medicinal mud Peloid contains various minerals such as silicon, calcium, magnesium, or iron, and their main characteristic is that they stimulate circulation and metabolism, strengthen the immune system, and have anti-inflammatory properties.

For a more dynamic holiday, there is also an Adventure Park nearby, which will surely delight the youngest with content such as paintball and quad rent.

If you enjoy watching more cultural and historical monuments, do not forget to visit the romantic town of Nin and the urban center of Zadar. In Nin is the smallest cathedral in Croatia, the church called St. Cross, dating back to the 9th century. This city is known for its royal past because the first Croatian kings ruled there.

In Zadar you will find many interesting things and summer content such as music and theater festivals. Zadar is known for its ancient past 3 thousand years old. Here you will find the remains of numerous monuments from the Illyrian, Roman and medieval periods. The emblematic place of this city is the pre-Romanesque church of St. Donat from the 9th century, which despite the passage of time retains its original form. Due to its acoustic properties, it is often used today for musical performances a capella singing, an authentic Dalmatian culture of polyphonic singing called Klapa.
