Your stay in Villa Mary Lou

Magnificent and modern Villa Mary Lou is located in northern Dalmatia, in the city of Zadar, known for the most beautiful sunset and sea organ. Zadar radiates a pleasant climate and is the perfect place for a family or a group of friends who want to relax, swim on a sandy or concrete beach, but at the same time for those who love fun and the various activities that this beautiful city offers, such as diving, horseback riding, volleyball, DM Millennium Jump and various theatrical performances. The fully air-conditioned Villa Mary Lou, ideal for eight to ten guests, has 259 m2 of living space, upstairs there are three spacious bedrooms with partial sea views, double beds, bedside tables and if you need an extra bed . a sofa that can be extended to form two sleeping units. We also offer a crib and a feeding trough by prior arrangement. Each of these rooms also has three private bathrooms with showers. In a separate room, where the laundry room is located, you will find a washing machine and dryer, iron and hairdryer. In addition, the villa has a separate toilet. On the same floor there is a large terrace with roof garden, adjacent to which is a lounge area with comfortable chairs for eight people and two swings ? Seating where you can relax and enjoy the view of the beautiful pool with family or friends. On the first floor of Villa Mary Lou there is another double bedroom and bathroom, as well as a modern kitchen with stove, dishes and cutlery, oven, toaster, microwave and dishwasher, where you can prepare and taste a variety of traditional dishes. You can sit in the dining room at a large dining table, next to it is a luxurious living room with TV. Next to the luxurious 50 m² heated pool, there are five sun loungers and other facilities include sports equipment such as water polo goals and water baskets. Next to it is an elegant summer kitchen, where you can refresh yourself after a pleasant swim with a charcoal or wood fireplace, or relax in the Finnish sauna, which has a strong detoxifying and stress-relieving effect. Villa Mary Lou also has a Jacuzzi where you can enjoy a nightly bath with a few glasses of traditional wine. You can visit the villa all year round, it is completely fenced and has two to three parking spaces. If you are interested and feel like having fun with friends, in the garden of this beautiful villa there is a field for volleyball on the lawn. Many sights that you can see in the historical city of Zadar are the Church of St. Donat, Forum, Kalelarga, the most important and famous street in Zadar, the Cathedral of St. Sto?ije. The Sun Salutation is another landmark of the city, which consists of three hundred circular glass panes that light up at sunset using a specially programmed method, creating a beautiful visual effect that is sure to delight you during nighttime summer walks. Cities near Zadar that also exude beauty and personality are the royal city of Nin, Biograd na Moru or Pag. In Zadar there are many rocky or sandy beaches where you can relax and enjoy an unforgettable summer. Come and see for yourself the beauty of Villa Mary Lou and the city of Zadar! Our stay at Villa Mary Lou was fantastic!
The house is beautiful and exactly as shown in the photos. It is beautifully decorated and very clean. The bedrooms are very large. We were able to enjoy the jacuzzi and swimming pool even in October. Marija is unbelievable, we had little attentions from her when we arrived. She recommended visits and was always available when we had questions. She is very kind and welcoming. For another stay in Croatia, we will return to Villa Mary Lou and recommend it to our family and friends.

We really enjoyed our stay in Villa Mary-Lou! The luxury villa offers everything you need for a family with teenagers/young adults with the sauna and jacuzzi as relaxing bonus. Our boys played soccer at the back yard while the others could relax at the pool area. The 4 rooms with bathrooms are very convenient and the boxsprings excellent. Kitchen very well equipped and the kids loved the ice cube machine in the fridge. The location is quiet (except for some construction sounds now and then), supermarket at only 5 min walk and 15 min by car to the cosy old town. Perfect as well to make excursions to Plitvice and Zremanj river (kayak/rafting). Bernhard and Maria are very friendly hosts and good fire place cooks as well. We loved it!
