Magnificent and modern Villa Mary Lou is located in northern Dalmatia, in the city of Zadar known for the most beautiful sunset and sea organ. Zadar exudes a pleasant climate and is the perfect location for a family or group of friends who want to relax, swim on a sandy or concrete beach, but at the same time for those who love fun and various activities offered by this beautiful city such as diving, horseback riding, volleyball, DM Millennium Jump and various theatrical performances.
Fully air-conditioned Villa Mary Lou, ideal for eight to ten guests, has 259 m2 of living space, on the upper floor contains three spacious bedrooms that have a partial sea view with double beds, bedside tables and in case you need an extra bed. a sofa that can be stretched out and form two sleeping units. Also, by prior arrangement, we offer a cot and feeder. Each of these rooms also includes three en suite bathrooms with showers. In a separate room where is the laundry villa offers a washing machine and dryer, iron for clothes and hair dryer. In addition, the villa has a separate toilet. On the same floor there is a large terrace with a roof garden, which is followed by a lounge area with comfortable chairs for eight people and two swings - seats where you can relax and enjoy with family or friends overlooking the beautiful pool.
On the ground floor of Villa Mary Lou there is another bedroom with double bed and bathroom and a modern kitchen with stove, dishes and cutlery, oven, toaster, microwave and dishwasher where you can cook a variety of traditional dishes and try them. you can in the dining room on a large dining table next to which is a luxurious living room with TV.
In addition to the luxurious 50m2 heated pool, there are five sun loungers, and additional facilities include sports equipment such as water polo goals and water baskets. Next to it there is an elegant summer kitchen where, after a pleasant swim, you can refresh yourself with a charcoal or wood chimney, or relax in the Finnish sauna, which has a strong detoxifying and anti-stress effect. Villa Mary Lou also has a jacuzzi where you can enjoy a night swim with a few glasses of traditional wine. You can visit the villa throughout the year, it is fully fenced and contains two to three parking spaces. If you are interested and if you are in the mood to have fun with friends, then in the garden of this beautiful villa there is a field for volleyball on the grass.
