Luxurious Villa Maya is a perfect choice for true relaxation and enjoying nature. Since the villa is located in the Istrian village of Srebrnići, it offers you a chance to escape from reality and to relax far away from the bustle of everyday life by absorbing the wonderful scenery. It is surrounded by beautifully decorated grounds equipped with barbecue facilities where you can enjoy freshly prepared meals with your family and friends. The outdoor area also offers a splendid swimming pool surrounded with sun loungers and connected to the barbecue area. The villa consists of four superbly decorated bedrooms equipped with double beds. The bedrooms are spacious and airy. It can comfortably accommodate 8 people (+2 people extra). The villa also has four bathrooms. The villa has a fully equipped, modern kitchen which will suit your every need. The kitchen opens up to the dining area and the cosy living room. This bright space is open, allowing the guests to enjoy a wonderful view into the garden and the swimming pool. The villa is 250m2 large and spreads over 1000m2 of terrain. The villa is also equipped with a sauna and a Turkish bath, offering you a wonderful experience. The villa also offers an abundance of entertainment opportunities – table football, tennis table and five bicycles. With its luxurious equipment, Villa Maya will suit your every need. This property may allow pets at the owner's discretion, or for a fee.

We were a group of four couples that stayed at Villa Maya last summer. I can honestly say it is one of the most beautiful properties I have ever been to. The house is very big and luxuriously decorated. It is a combination of modernity and tradition, which we thoroughly enjoyed. We spent many afternoons preparing BBQ and enjoying the beautiful swimming pool. The owner welcomed us with a drink and he was more than helpful during our stay. We had our peace and quiet and relaxed completely. We hope......

What a superb experience ! From the beginning of the booking till the end of our stay (6 persons) everything was smooth and pleasant. The agency, the manager and above all the villa itself provided a nearly perfect perfomance. Villa Maya is just gorgeous: location, the house itself and the furniture are just first-class-level. We will -that's for sure- come back !!!

The pool was fantastic, the weather also (that was the only item the landlord couldn’t be responsible for). The rest made us feel at home and that should be understood as a compliment. Wie schon im letzten Jahr haben wir uns äußerst wohl gefühlt. Wir wussten ja, was uns erwartet. So sind wir quasi nach Hause gekommen. Der Erholungswert war noch höher, als im letzten Jahr! Ich kann mir nur schwer ein besseres Haus vorstellen. Neben der Ruhe bietet es auch viel Abwechslung. Natürlich ist dabei ganz besonders der große Pool zu nennen. Ein Traum! Auch die Nähe zu Porec ist sehr komfortabel. Nicht unerwähnt möchte ich die sehr angenehm......

Die Villa ist sehr großzügig geschnitten. Kleinere Probleme werden direkt von Caroline(Hausverwalter)gelöst. Sehr nette Dame die sehr bemüht ist einen den Aufenthalt so schön als möglich zu gestalten. Wir haben für 6 Erwachsene gebucht. Der Pool ist ein Traum. Die Ruhe gigantisch. Ich hatte noch nie soviel Ruhe im Urlau......

Warm en gezellig ingericht met alle noden die je op een vakantie kan wensen. Ook het contact met Croatia luxuryrent loopt steeds snel en correct. Ze volgen alles goed op waardoor je een veilig gevoel krijgt voor je vertrek.

Ein Woche Villa Maya
2 Familien: 4 Erwachsene, 5 Kinder Das Haus ist wunderschön und sehr stilvoll eingerichtet. Es liegt traumhaft abgelegen, viele Olivenbäume, Natur pur. Der Außenbereich ist sehr gepflegt, ein absoluter Traum. Leider war nicht alles traumhaft. Die Dusche im unteren Bad ist eine Katastrophe. Das gesamte Bad steht jedes Mal unter Wasser. Die Silikonfugen sind kaputt und somit gelangt Wasser in die Wand. Es gibt jede Menge Kakerlaken und sonstiges Getier. Der Pool war grün als wir ankamen und trotz mehrerer Maßnahmen der Poolboys, wurde er nicht richtig sauber. Die Kinder waren sehr enttäuscht. 2 Tage durften sie wegen Chemikalien gar nicht ins Wasser. Es gibt Unmengen an Moskitos und man konnte den schönen Außenbereich nicht nutzen, ohne aufgefressen zu werden. Deswegen saßen wir sehr viel innen, was sehr schade war. Die Zimmer sind top, alle mit eigenem Bad! Auch der Stil der Bäder war schick! Es war ein schöner Urlaub in einem sehr schönem Haus! Allerdings müsste mal wieder in das Haus investiert werden!

Die Villa ist sehr großzügig geschnitten. Kleinere Probleme werden direkt von Caroline(Hausverwalter)gelöst. Sehr nette Dame die sehr bemüht ist einen den Aufenthalt so schön als möglich zu gestalten. Wir haben für 6 Erwachsene gebucht. Der Pool ist ein Traum. Die Ruhe gigantisch. Ich hatte noch nie soviel Ruhe im Urlaub erlebt. Ein weiteres Highlight ist der "Turm" mit Loungemöbeln und Blick aus das Meer. Besonders zum Sundown einfach genial. Lange Rede kurzer Sinn, wir haben für Juni 21 wieder gebucht :) Was denke ich die beste Bewertung sein sollte. Wir freuen uns!

Idealer Urlaubsort
Wie schon im letzten Jahr haben wir uns äußerst wohl gefühlt. Wir wussten ja, was uns erwartet. So sind wir quasi nach Hause gekommen. Der Erholungswert war noch höher, als im letzten Jahr! Ich kann mir nur schwer ein besseres Haus vorstellen. Neben der Ruhe bietet es auch viel Abwechslung. Natürlich ist dabei ganz besonders der große Pool zu nennen. Ein Traum! Auch die Nähe zu Porec ist sehr komfortabel. Nicht unerwähnt möchte ich die sehr angenehme Betreuung durch Frau Hopkins und ihr Team lassen. Sie waren jederzeit bereit, sehr kurzfristig und schnell die Dinge zu regeln, die immer mal wieder passieren können. Ein ganz herzliches Dankeschön dafür! Ich gehe davon aus, dass wir nicht zum letzten Mal dort gewesen sind und sage in diesem Sinne "Auf Wiedersehen"!
