Built in 2020, it is fully air-conditioned and offers its guests 205 m2 of living space, while the total area of the property is 852 m2. A maximum of 14 people can stay in the villa, while the optimal number is 12 people. Guests are accommodated in 6 beautifully furnished bedrooms and the villa also has 6 bathrooms with bathtubs and showers. In the main house there are 5 rooms and in the annex, which is located outside the main house, there is also a 26 m² apartment with kitchen, bedroom and bathroom. In the area next to the pool there is a sofa bed for two people. This elegant villa offers sea view from all rooms except the gallery, which contains two armchairs and a bedroom with private bathroom. In the beautifully furnished living room you can relax on the corner sofa, there is also a coffee table, dresser and TV. Next to the living room is a modern kitchen equipped with everything you need to prepare meals for the whole family and friends. The kitchen also has a bar with four bar stools. In the dining room there is a dining table with 12 seats. On the outdoor terrace you can comfortably refresh yourself in the heated pool, which measures 34 m² and is 1.6 m deep. Next to it is a sun deck with 8 sun loungers for relaxing and sunbathing. There is also an outdoor charcoal or wood grill on the terrace, perfect for preparing traditional dishes. Likewise, you can enjoy it on the garden furniture thanks to the panoramic view of the greenery and the surroundings, and the children have more than enough space to play and have fun. Other features of the villa include a washing machine, dryer and iron, as well as 1 separate toilet. By prior arrangement and upon request, it is possible to use a food dispenser and a baby crib. The villa's courtyard is fenced and offers 2 private parking spaces, while outside the courtyard there are 3 more parking spaces.
