Do you want a vacation that you will remember for the beautiful beaches, oasis of tranquility and pleasant Mediterranean climate? Then Villa Medulin 1 is the right choice for you! Villa Medulin 1 is located in Medulin, a village in the south of the Istrian peninsula, only 8 km from the city of Pula and will allow you to spend a pleasant and beautiful vacation! It is ideal for 14 guests and offers you a wonderful accommodation if you arrive with a large family or your dearest friends! What makes it attractive for all guests is the fact that it is located only 5 meters from the beautiful pebble beach and at the same time gives you the opportunity to refresh yourself in the Adriatic Sea or in the pool in the courtyard of Villa Medulin 1. On an area of 322 m², this fully air-conditioned villa has 6 bedrooms, including two rooms with 2 single beds and 4 rooms with double beds. In case additional 2 beds are needed, it also offers a sofa with dimensions 160x200. Each of these rooms has its own bathroom with shower and the villa itself has 2 separate toilets. The five bedrooms upstairs have a TV and a terrace and the best thing is that they offer a view of the blue and clear sea, while another room is located on the first floor of the villa and of course has a TV. It will never be easier to prepare delicious meals, because you have a modern equipped and spacious kitchen, a living room with sofa, table and TV and a dining room with a table for 6 people from which you can see the outdoor terrace and pool . The terrace has an outdoor dining table for 6 people, an outdoor barbecue and a green area that provides a special visual atmosphere. The 26 m2 pool allows you to cool off in complete privacy during the day and at night, as Villa Medulin 1 is completely fenced. You can relax and enjoy a pleasant sunbath on 6 sun loungers. Villa Medulin 1 opens its doors to you all year round, so you can visit it whenever it suits you and your loved ones! For those who do not want to give up physical activity even on vacation, there is a separate fitness room on the upper floor of the villa with several basic machines for training and strengthening the body, from which you have a view of the sea and the beautiful relaxing nature . If you arrive with a pet, Villa Medulin 1 also offers this service upon prior arrangement and request. A younger group of guests is welcome. The villa has 5 parking spaces in the yard. As an additional entertainment for adrenaline seekers, there is also a possibility to rent a boat Sessa Key Largo 26 for a maximum of 6 people for 6 hours, including private skipper, upon advance payment. Everyone who visits Medulin can really find a real oasis of peace and quiet, rich in landscapes, but at the same time can spend a very active and eventful vacation. The town of Medulin can be recognized by the church with two towers, which is located in the town center and overlooks the town. The town is also known for fishing and therefore has a varied, rich gastronomic offer in restaurants, based primarily on fish dishes. In addition, Istria is generally known for its delicious Istrian prosciutto, various specialties with truffles and especially for its wines. Relax in Villa Medulin 1, enjoy Istrian gastronomy and beaches and take with you the memory of your dream vacation! Please note that this accommodation accepts youth groups or bachelor parties only upon payment of a refundable deposit. A youth group at this accommodation consists of people 28 years of age or younger. If you are a youth group or bachelor party, you will be asked to pay the deposit upon arrival. Any amounts required to repair any damage to the accommodation caused by you during your stay will be deducted from the deposit and then returned to you.

Alle waren sehr freundlich und bemüht uns einen schönen und beschwerdefreien Urlaub zu ermöglichen. Die Putzfrauen, die wir kurz kennenlernen durften, waren extrem freundlich und haben ihre Arbeit mit bestem Gewissen erledigt. Auch der Alex war immer erreichbar und eine sehr große Hilfe bei Fragen. Danke an alle, für den schönen Aufenthalt. Wir würden unsere Maturareise wieder dort verbringen!...

Haus ist sehr großzügig und modern ausgestattet, Klimaanlage in jedem Zimmer, sauberer und großer Pool, ruhige und schöne Lage. Essplatz (draußen und drinnen) ist nur auf sechs bzw. acht Personen ausgerichtet (wir waren 10, maximiale Auslastung des Hauses ist mit 14 Personen angegeben). Insgesamt haben wir uns in diesem sehr geräumigen und sauberen Haus sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder.
